Moab Adventure! Pool with Red Rock Views

Very clean 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo on the outskirts of Moab. Fully stocked kitchen, good size living area. Perfect for a long stay or short weekend get away. Would definitely stay here again.

Townhouse was awesome and pooland hot tub was a plus! The air conditioning unit was very noisy and couch was uncomfortable after a fullday of hiking! Otherwise townhouse was great

For us (4 people) it was the perfect accommodation

This condo was definitely in the top 3 airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The beds are comfortable, both bedrooms have a bathroom, the kitchen is fully stocked. the patio in the back is private and it is quiet. We had a very restful stay while exploring Moab.

We had a great stay here. The home is exceptionally well equipped and stocked with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Super comfortable beds and pillows and spacious living areas. It’s a very peaceful location just on the edge of town. Easy check in and easy to find with the directions provided. We loved how everything is provided so that we didn’t have to shop for household items like detergent etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to Moab. This condo was perfect for us. We are a retired couple. This condo would be a great set-up for two couples as the upstairs bedrooms were both master suites with separate bathrooms. We liked being a bit out of the center of town. Moab is a very busy little city. This condo is 5 miles south of town in a quiet area. We had easy access to Arches and Canyonlands. Having the washer/dryer in unit was a bonus after long days of hiking. The only negative was the air conditioning unit was very loud making it difficult to hear the tv while sitting in the living room. We're old. We just went upstairs and watched tv in the bedroom. The swimming pool could use more lounge chairs/pool chairs and shade. Great stay.

Place was overall clean. The kitchen had a few ants on the floor which I reached out to Nicole, the property manager and she said that’s what happens in the spring. I tried being diligent about food droppings by vacuuming and moping which definitely helped. Would have been more helpful if they had a better working vacuum. Nicole did offer to spray but with a crawling baby in the house, I didn’t think that was a great option. Aside from the ants, it was clean. Had basic kitchen supplies and spices.

A very clean and cute rental. Everything you would need to prepare meals and to be comfortable. Close enough to town but also out of the busyness and traffic. Community hot tub was nice.

It was very clean and well furnished. Quiet for sleeping and nice location to our fun adventures. Air conditioner was noisy in the downstairs only. We would turn it down a few degrees and it would stop, but still stayed cool.

I would highly recommend this home. It was immaculate and the company is very quick to answer questions. There is a community pool and hot tub and grass for a little one to run around in right outside the front door. Just know the AC unit is inside so it’s noisy.

We spent 5 nights in a two bedroom townhouse. It was fully stocked with any and everything you could imagine. The appliances were all very nice and clean, the attached patio and bbq was clean and convienent. The beds were firm and the pillows soft, bathrooms spacious. EVerything was perfect, except for the pet urine odor in the stairs and laundry area. The first night wasn't too bad, butby the next afternoon it was rank. We ended up turning off A/C and opening all windows during the day while we were out adventuring and that helped. Rrally it is just new carpet away from being the perfect rental.

Amazing stay! Loved the hot tub and Mountain View’s. The children loved the basketball court. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Wonderful to have a gas range and gas grill. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Bathrooms were well stocked with high end toiletries. Great location, easy drive to Arches NP and Canyonlands NP.

The townhome was clean and well appointed. We had a nice stay.

And they nailed the detail - things not every rental considers like lots of towels and places to hang them, clear TV instructions, a bedside lamp even great area guides stacked up on the entertainment center. The location was a little outside of town, but it was nice to be away from the heavy traffic that seemed to be nearly continuous downtown. The only comment I had was that the air conditioning was pretty loud. Not disturb you at night loud, but we did turn it off when we were watching TV. Other than that an amazing, comfortable, well appointed property.

Everything was great except for the very foul smell coming from the laundry room area. The air conditioning system was extremely loud on the first floor making it hard to hear people talking and TV.

Fantastic condo- clean, roomy, new, all the amenities!

The rental was great. It was nice being away from town. You can hear traffic from this condo, we may have just noticed it more because we live in the middle of nowhere. My only complaint is the AC is very loud in this unit. So loud you can’t hear the tv downstairs. Other than that the pool was awesome for our kids and management was great to work with.

The place is nice,clean, and well stocked. I own vacation rental property and feel the towels, linens, etc are very good quality for a rental. They had a sign asking to wash dishes, and start the laundry which we did. At 11:30 am we were finishing cleaning and packing we always leave places very clean. Someone knocked on the door and rudely told us check out time was at 11 am and they needed to start the laundry. I had not seen a checkout time but assured her we were less than 5 mins from being out. Again she was rude and said she had to get in to get started and asked if we had started the towels which we had!!!!!
One last note we were not notified of construction next to us on same property. It started at 7 am weekday mornings.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The home was clean and had everything needed.

We had a great time and we are very pleased with our rental experience with VRBO/Adventure time. Here is a quick breakdown:
Pros: -
1. Good and timely instructions from property management.
2. Very clean and new property. Bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms were very well stocked and comfortable. Our party of 4 was very comfortable.
3. Kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked. We brought oils, salt, coffee, etc but these items and more were already there, probably left by other people. Appliances are new and very good quality. Grill also available.
4. Bedrooms: Beds were very comfortable for 2. Blankets could be better. There were extra pillows and throws, that was very nice.
5. Many games, and books on trails and things to do. Very useful.
6. Parking - 2 spots very easy. no issues.
7. Access to Moab: right by the highway. Easy access. 15 min to the heart of the great town to Moab.
Overall, the rental helped us have a great experience. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

The place is really well organized, laid out and super clean. I appreciated the stocked kitchen with all sorts of utensils, bowls, cooking equipment. Great furniture, beds were super comfy and the place was really clean. Its a little tough to find, so make sure you follow the directions from the owners as google maps doesn't work very well out there.

We loved this Airbnb. It was perfect for our family of 3. Super clean, washer/dryer provided that actually worked well (we love a speed queen). Also, the decor was super cute and made it feel homey! The kitchen was fully stocked and we used the pool as well. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again!

Unit was as described. Very clean and convenient enough for our activities (mostly hiking). Kitchen was very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. A/C worked great despite 109 deg days. Grill was clean and a nice add. Nice patio (after 8 pm). Super convenient parking. Lots of extras (kitchen and bath) so check before going for groceries. Easy to find key and gain access. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

After a long drive making for a long day, we arrived and walked into this welcoming condo. It was perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped. We also enjoyed using the large gas grill on the patio. Both rooms have king size beds and their own bathrooms..Nice! And the wonderful soaps and shampoos were delightful. A great place!

A cozy condo with everything you need provided. My kids laughed and said that the kitchen was better stocked than mine at home! We loved our stay.

Very clean, comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. Close to town and National Parks. FYI - Moab is in a road improvement project so traffic gets congested. Add 30 min to any trip that requires passage through Moab.

Condo is clean and very nice. It was also very nice to have both bedrooms with their own private bathroom. The condo was perfect for our getaway. Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need.
