6A4 Relaxing Townhome, Two Car Garage, Community Pool & Hot Tub

Our family rented this unit and a corner unit across the road for a group of 11. (7 adults, 4 children.). It was a perfect combination

The place is well equipped, comfortable beds, great location and the property managers are excellent.

Had a great time and was impressed with the cleanliness and amenities offered.

Description is accurate, easy check in/out processes, clean and well maintained property, good location to nearby national and state parks. I would give it a perfect 5 rating if the second floor is hardwood, not carpet.

Awesome, From Access instruction to Check out the Management Team was there every step of the way when we needed them. The Condo was clean, well stocked with all amenities. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We will stay again very soon

We had the most incredible Road Trip holiday with our adult children!
Our trip from NZ and Australia was to Celebrate with our daughter as she married her love from Missouri.
Our son in law mapped out a road trip for all 6 of us. Henry is a photographer, and we knew he would show us some incredible sights.
It was my job, Mumma, to book accommodation.
I wanted homes big enough for all of us, and I wanted it to feel like home too.
This property ticked every box.
There was a lock up garage for both our 4WD's.
The Kitchen was big enough to cater cooking for a family. The lounge and living room also provided for us.
The Master is huge with a walk in closet and ensuite. All the bedrooms were great, large and comfy.
We had great views of those incredible mountains from the Master too.
Communication was fantastic and almost immediate, which helps when your on the road for 3 and half wks, crossing the Country, and in and out of WIFI areas.
We would very definitely stay again, We will be back, really enjoyed our 3 days here.

I would highly recommend Arches National Park, National Park Canyons....

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Moab. The townhome is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the appliances were very nice and updated. We also enjoyed the big screen TV to watch football on the weekend at night after exploring through National Parks.

We enjoyed the condo, it had all the necessary amenities. The Pool and hot tub were nice.

The town home was clean and pleasant. Exactly as described on the website. The property manager was responsive to the couple of questions we had.

This place is perfect! A group of friends and I go to Moab every year to mountain bike and this was our first time staying at this condo. AMAZING view out of the front door. Great things about the condo; clean, large, includes all the essentials (soap, towels, extra bedding, kitchen appliances and utensils, laundry, grill), just a 2 minute drive outside of town so it was close but still quiet and private, huge garage so we could confidently store our expensive bikes. The ONLY thing we wish we had was a hose so that we could spray off our bikes. Otherwise this place is perfect!!

We enjoyed having this lovely space to come back to and relax after a long day sightseeing in Arches and Canyonlands N.P.'s. We were able to do a little cooking, have our coffee in the morning, and just put our feet up and enjoy. The two large beds slept well but the 2 twin beds were not so comfortable; maybe need new mattresses. Overall, I think we would rent this place again.

Great place to stay.

A great little/big condo on the south end of Moab. It is perfect really, your far away enough you don't get the noise. But close enough for a quick run in for shopping, food, entertainment, etc.

This townhome was perfect for our family of four, 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. After a day of hiking it was nice to come home to a place where we could spread out and have our own space. It was clean, well maintained and modern. The kitchen was stocked with ample supplies to make our own meals. Location was a quick drive to downtown Moab. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here...very quiet, the pool was close and enjoyable, the night skies were unbelievable...would highly recommend.

We were on a family road trip and Moab was our first stop. This place definitely set the bar high for the rest of the trip! The townhome was in great condition and offered every amenity we needed right there. The kids played in the pool while the adults unwound from all the driving. Basketball courts and tennis courts were all right there too. Only a 5 minute drive and youre back in downtown Moab checking out all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this place if youre going through Moab!

This was a great rental. It was big and had lots of room to spread out. It was a short drive to everything Moab offers. The pool was a great way to relax after a long hot day! The property manager was really nice too if you needed anything. I would return in a heartbeat.

Everything was great, Smoke detector battery was low, so it was beeping all night. Also housekeeping need to double check everything, we found some items from previous guest.

We stayed at this Condo for 2 nights over the 2018 memorial day weekend. The property was exactly the way it is described in the listing.
The garage is spacious and can easily fit two full size SUV's.

Few notes about the property:
The master bedroom pillows had stains in the back side.
One of the towel provided had a hole and stains
The common bathroom had a water clog and we had to call the property manager in the middle of the night. It was fixed first thing next morning.

We had a great time in Moab.The condo is in a good location south of town.We liked the garage to keep our toys safe at night. Also the swimming pool and jacuzzi was a welcome sight after our hikes!The only thing that was alittle less than expected was all the off road vehicles in the Cil-de-sac.I think they were having a rodeo in town for them.That's not the fault of the location of the condo.Anyway,looking forward to going back!

Great location, close to town yet far enough away from all the downtown traffic. The garage was great to store the RZR on the trailer. Comfortable and quiet condo, well equipped and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. Only had one minor problem. The towell rack in the master bath came loose from the wall.

The condo was exactly as described! Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable. We appreciated being in a quiet area and just a short drive into Moab. Having a bedroom suite with bathroom for us and two other bedrooms and bath for our sons family gave everyone lots of space and their privacy. We had excellent communication with the manager and had no problems during our stay. The added bonus of a double garage to use was helpful for storing gear and bikes. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this rental to friends.

Stayed in Moab to visit both Arches & Canyon Lands National Parks. Parks were spectacular! Renting a townhome enhanced out trip considerably as it gave us lots of room, full kitchen for meals & beautiful red rock views. Rental was exactly as pictured, so no negative surprises. 2 story unit, with all bedrooms & both full baths upstairs. Main floor was living/dining area,kitchen & a convenient 1/2 bath. 2 car garage + laundry room just off the kitchen. Mater bedroom had king bed, lots of closets, full bath & entire space was huge + large outdoor terrace, but only 2 chairs & full sun all day. 2nd bedroom had comfortable queen bed, but it was quite high & required agility to climb up & in. 3rd bedroom was 2 twins, with shared bath with the queen room. Unit was spotlessly clean! Good cable TV reception; comfortable living room furniture, & good kitchen supplies. Didn't use the BBQ but patio was nice place to sit outside.

We were very pleased with our rental. it was far enough out of town not to have the heavier traffic of early spring, yet close enough to shopping, trails, and National Parks to be convenient. The basketball court and swimming pool were popular with the kids.

This is my 3rd time renting this condo and it was perfect as always. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with plenty of parking for our cars and ATV trailers. We visit Moab at lease twice a year and always check for availability here first. We'll be back!

Excellent place. Great management. Clean, very well located and the condo was perfect for our needs. Thank you to Nicole for all the help setting this up. She is great to work with.

The unit was clean and provided the room we needed for our family of 6. We suggest that a few items be taken care of for future renters. We could not get the washing machine to work, the toilet handle on the downstairs bathroom did not close the flapper consistently, there were no serving bowls, water pitcher, napkins, tablecloth or placemats. The pepper shaker was empty. A light was burned out in the master bedroom, the batteries in one of the remote controls for the tv were dead. The unit was as we expected in terms of location, size and amenities but needed some things taken care of to bring it up to our expectations

We had a great stay at this place, which was very comfortable for our family of five. There townhome is outside of Moab, which we enjoyed for the quiet area. We took advantage of the communal hot tub. The property owner was very responsive to our questions before booking and very helpful during our stay.

Great place to stay for a family of 5. The rental is very clean and well equipped. It was great to be able to use the hot tub after a full day of hiking. The property is 5 miles out of the town of Moab and we enjoyed the quiet setting.
