Close to Pool, Great Views and Garage

The property was as shown in the ’s location was convenient, it was spacious and clean. Only negatives were the couch and side chairs in the living room which are “well loved” therefore no longer very comfortable. We also had an issue with the main television volume, it went from ear splitting loud to so low you couldn’t hear it. Luckily we spent most of the time outside at the national parks or in and around town which is why we were there in the first place. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

The townhome was so clean and comfy. Makenna's answered my question so quickly after we arrived We can't wait to book with them again. Easy to check in and check out. Reservation was easy. Love Dewey's restaurant. The views from the rooms are amazing. Loved cooking on the BBQ grill and relaxing on the deck.Can't wait to rent from Makenna's again!

Our stay was excellent, the unit was clean and fit our needs very well. The communication was very good as far as check in and check out. We would definitely stay again. Our only recommendation would be to add some shampoo etc to the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was great.

This townhome was perfect for our Moab trip. We loved the long driveway and the garage for our 4 wheelers. The place was very clean and well stocked. The beds were nice and comfortable and we slept well. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to again sometime:)

Great rental for our family trip to Moab. The property was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space to hang out and play games. The kitchen was well equipped and had good appliances for cooking. The beds were super comfortable. It was a little inconvenient that the pool and hot tub were locked at 9 pm every night instead of 10 or 11 like most places we have stayed. It would have been nice to enjoy those after hiking and biking all day, but we were always just getting back at 9 pm every night. Overall, it was a great rental and we would stay here again.

This was the second time we stayed with Makenna's Gold Rentals and we will be back. The townhouse this time was fantastic, well stocked kitchen, lots of sitting areas, comfortable beds and great location to the pool. The driveway worked very well as we had a truck and trailer and parked our jeep inside the garage and they all fit. Nicole was an amazing host, helping us out with several things during our stay. We used both the heat and the a/c while we were there and both worked great. We liked the bunks in the 3rd bedroom. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

This townhome was precisely what we needed. The weather was uncooperative, so we didn't spend as much time outside as initially planned, but the townhome offered more than enough room to gather and play games, chat, etc. They even had some puzzles already stocked and ready for such occasions. When the weather was cooperative, we were within pedaling distance of Flat Pass and Steel Bender, which made for some great biking. I will definitely look to stay with Makenna's Gold Rentals again and recommend their listings to others as well! While in the area, visit Moab Made for unique and fun souvenirs and Love Muffin Cafe for excellent breakfast burritos and lunch offerings!

This home is roomy and does not lack any amenities. Perfect spot for our Moab trip with unbeatable prices.

I had to come to MOAB with a group for work. We were about to book a block of hotels when a friend recommended these homes. We were hesitant at first because what was promised seemed too good to be true.

To say the least we were surprised. The homes were clean, very nice, and the process was a breeze.
I'm already trying to plan a personal trip back and will be using these units for sure!

This was a perfect basecamp for our Moab adventure. The place was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The area was very quiet at night, which we enjoy. For slightly more $ than a hotel in town, why not give yourself some extra room and comfort?

Family of 6 adults and 2 children spent 3 days and 3 nights at this fun town home. Enough space for us all to spread out, large dining room table and fun amenities. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would definitely stay here again.

My mom and I, mostly due to Covid, had gone the longest in our lives without seeing each other. We also hadn't had a trip, just the two of us, since the late 1980's. We had such a great time in Moab and a beautiful time in your property. It was a refuge and so comfortable! Thank you for being part of a trip I will never forget.

The place was as expected and hoped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it fit our every need! The pools were great, the tennis court and park were another added bonus. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to stay a little shorter than we would have liked, but this is a great home for a stay just outside of downtown Moab. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 8. Close to just about everything we wanted to do! Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. Just a warning to other guests that the futon in the bunk bed room is NOT very comfortable for sleeping. Too stiff and bumpy. But it’s a nice furniture piece to sit on or put your luggage on. The extra long driveway and Double garage were perfect for our large SUV and trailer. Overall, a great place to stay.

Our third time at this property. Well kept condo, quiet area and great location just outside of Moab for our family to spend a weekend getaway. Highly recommend Makenna's Gold Rentals properties.

We booked this rental, and due to a severe snow storm we were forced to cancel. The management ignored our attempt to cancel, and were impossible to get ahold of. Once we finally were able to get ahold of them by complaining to VRBO, they refused to refund the trip, they refused to help us reschedule, and have been rude and unwilling to work with us at all.

We had a great time and loved this place!

It was a bummer cuz we had some little ones that wanted to watch a movie but Netflix worked so that helped. Nice large garage and driveway. Fit two jeeps in nicely! Places for tricks and trailers near by. Overall it was a great place and we would stay again!

We enjoyed our Spring Break stay in this clean and well-maintained home. We used it as a base to visit Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point State Park, Sand Flats and the CO river. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space, the beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the garage has plenty of space for two full vehicles. We appreciated the additional, helpful information about local attractions and restaurants that was provided prior to our visit. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a great location to base your Moab adventures from.

Great Moab property. Nice to come back to a place where we could relax as a family, play games or have a meal together. We enjoyed playing pickleball at the tennis courts and the overall atmosphere of a family environment.

Perfect size comfortable place for 6 guys

The townhouse and complex are great. Everything about the house itself was exactly what we needed. It’s was great to have the 2 car garage. The bedrooms and beds were all great. The balcony off the master was nice. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The complex is a little South of town, but an easy drive.
We will absolutely be back.

Lots of space in the TH, and kitchen had pretty much everything you'd need to prepare a meal. Loved the large table for dinners and use of garage.

Internet worked well, really fast and not issue. TV was not digital so grainy SD because they used a coaxial cable instead of HDMI.

Our only complaint is that the AC was loud, especially in Master. This was OK for us in Sept as we could turn off at night, but must be hard to sleep in the summer if it's running.

All in all our stay at Rim Village was great! We have stayed in these Condos for the past 3 years and has been very nice and very clean. this year was a little disappointed with the construction and made it where we couldn't use our front porch to grill or sit out there.

Traveled with my family, four adults and three children. Townhome was immaculately clean, well furnished, comfortable and very spacious. Close to nearby Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park.

Had a great spring break in Moab. Great townhouse rental. Was very nice to have a garage...plenty of room for our large vehicle and bikes/gear. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Very clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. Grill was clean. Plenty of beds and seating for our large family. Very clear check-in and check-out instructions. Nice to come home to a comfortable place after biking/hiking (instead of camping!).

Great location outside of town, perfect garage/driveway for multiple Jeeps vehicles or a small trailer. All the creature comforts one could ask for. Well stocked Kitchen, with all cooking utensils, cookware, and appliances you would need for a trip. Nicely furnished and well taken care of, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND and STAY AGAIN

It was a beautiful place, fully equipped with all our needs . Very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was a little soft.

The condo was the perfect base for exploring Moab, Arches/Canyonlands National Parks and the La Sal Mountains. It was spacious - easily could sleep 6-7 people comfortably - and came furnished with all the amenities needed for a stay. The property was very quiet, yet just off of the main road through town. Access to the pool/hot tub was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this property and would seek it out again on my next trip to Moab.
