Corner Unit with Tranquil Red Rock Views!

We had 2 families stay and the space was perfect! Great spot, had everything we needed!

We were out and about mostly and only were in the unit to sleep. It was very clean , bed was comfortable, kitchen minimally stocked. Nice to have a garage. Cleaning fee was a bit steep

Great stay, the place was clean, well kept, and met all expectations - our family had a great stay here as we explored the MOAB area. Good location close to town with great views. Would recommend staying again.

Very clean with an incredible view. Bonus was the garage to park the vehicle in to avoid the heat.

Both the city and the rental were beautiful. So close to Arches National Park, as well as lots of other fun things to do.

We absolutely loved our stay! The best thing is how close the house is to Moab and all the hiking and mtb trails possible.

It was a great time. Great explanations on how to get in to the house, the pool, where to find things, recommendations, etc. very organized. Pool was nice. The beds were comfy, all appliances worked fine. The master bedroom is quite spacious, the family room with the fireplace and tv is a little tight.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the tennis and basketball courts and I loved the views from every window. Easy instructions to follow and no issues. The fireplace was a nice touch after a long day of hiking. My only suggestion would be the same as some other reviews: the beds upstairs need a little work to make them stable and quiet. Overall though, had a great stay and would definitely stay again on next trip to Utah.

This might sound like an odd review. Normally when I stay in a VRBO or AirBB I feel like the place is really cozy. Like I am staying in someone else's house they have loaned me for the weekend. This didn't. No shampoo or conditioner or body wash. No condiments in the fridge like ketchup. The TV's in every room didn't fit ... way too small. The TV over the fireplace is uncomfortable to watch because of the angle. It needs to be able to be angled down towards the couches. It's hard to describe because the place was fine but just sterile and uncomfortable. Like a model home that no one had ever lived in. It looks fine until you live in it and realize it's uncomfortable and things don't make sense and are missing. I would tell a friend that its fine to stay in but you might like a more cozy place somewhere else. Also I kept getting emails to sign more PDF documents even though I had already signed them. The emails just kept coming.

We spent 3 days in Moab visiting Arches and Canyonlands. This was an excellent place to relax after a long day visiting the parks.

Perfect place for us to stay a weekend in Moab! Had all the amenities including a pool and grill. Clean and wonderful location. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Moab and about 20 from Arches

Nice spaces to mingle or have your own time. Fully outfitted kitchen, laundry, and tvs. Good for families or small groups. Garage is short for pick ups. Pool & hot tub were great.

We loved our stay the town home is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, if you are planning a special meal.
The bed linen is old and rough and the corner kept popping off.. There is a window in the living room that radiate heat through the metal blinds. Small items, compared with how great the place is.
When we return we will definitely use this place again.

Moab is wonderful! We loved the area, the things to do, and the town itself! We were not happy with the condo rental. There were definitely things that could have been done better and it could have been cleaner.

This unit had had the ideal footprint and location for my MOAB Visit. Garage access was very convenient in regards to servicing my bike. Hot Tub was good add on - just avoid using the last hour of day as its very busy with other guests.

House was in a great location. The compound is very quiet and the pool clean. The kitchen has sufficient pots and pans and lots of dishes. On the down side, the sofa in main living room and the mattresses are in need of replacing - very uncomfortable (soft, you sink into the seats - mattress is super thin in main bedroom - has no support at all). The sheets were clean so was the kitchen and bathrooms but the floor had not been cleaned in quite a while- lots of sticky spots and super dusty under bed. The compound should do recycling (cans, bottles, etc). It was very sad to see the wasting of water with the sprinklers everywhere leaking on the pavement. The administration of this compound should redo their landscaping to be rocks and plants more suited for the desert than green grass. In the afternoon, big pickups with trailers full of dunebuggies would park on the pavement in front of the houses blocking the beautiful view of the mountains. A parasol to provide shade on the patio would be great!

The unit was in a great location. Beautiful views, quiet community and close to everything we wanted to do! It was clean and well appointed.

LaCie at McKenna’s gold was very easy to work with and prompt in responding to my questions. The rental was clean and well stocked. Our family of six was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed being away from the noise and congestion of downtown Moab and exploring the area south of Moab. My daughter boarded her dog a Moab National Bark during our stay. It was very close to the rental and her fur baby was well taken care of.

We were 2 couples that stayed in this condo and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Great views. Loved having the grill for our dinners and the garage to keep the car. Perfect location for the National Parks which was the reason for our visit. Nicole was great in responding to questions and messages prior to booking. We didn't want for anything during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and again

This is our 4th visit yo Moab and 3rd stay at Rim Village. We like to size of the condos, the location and the great service provided by propert management team. Everything needed for your stay is provided or left from previous guests (spices, foil etc) Great views of mountains and red walls. Will continue to book at Rim Village.

This was my second stay at a unit managed by Makenna’s. The rental management is superb. This particular unit was not as nicely set up as the last unit I stayed in. I brought my family, including an 11-month-old. In this unit there were no outlet covers throughout the unit and the entire ground level was large tile, so keeping our infant from hurting himself was a challenge. The unit also has no bathtub, which makes bath time difficult with children. The appliances in the unit were OK, but certainly on the cheap end of the spectrum. The front door deadbolt did not work.

Otherwise, the unit was clean and the HVAC worked fine to keep us cool in the heat. We appreciated access to the pools and hot tub, as well as Moab and the national parks.
