Delicate Arch Daydream

Some positives: It was nice being out of the chaos & bustle of downtown Moab, and the views from parking lot & property are great. Also, the kitchen is extremely well-stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and odds & ends (sugar, salt!), great job there. The beds are very soft & comfy! The view of the LaSals out the east bedroom window is great, too. Furnishings are very nice! Those things said, here are some problem areas that potential visitors/management need to be aware of: the instructions for access indicated that there is a keypad on both back & front doors, but there is no keypad on back door; also, walking access to this unit is convoluted and more difficult than it needs to be, as the designated parking spaces are farther away from the unit (either front or back door) than is helpful, esp. if you are loading/unloading gear, groceries, trash bags, etc. TV access is limited to users' personal subscription services or add-ons (Firestck, e.g.), though WiFi is fine. Big issue: the water pressure in this unit is incredibly poor in showers, tub, and kitchen, creating dishwasher dysfunction (soap does not dispense properly) and gobs of hair uncleaned from shower drain in east bathroom. Last: Most visitors (whatever age they may be) would benefit from grab bars in the shower/tub and a dual handrail on the stairs.

It was a great location close to trails and town . The hottub was a blessing afterva long day hiking or riding . Trailer parking was amazing its hard to find . Quiet and secluded a pretty perfect stay. Thx we would definitely book here again.

Beautifully decorated comfortable home. Located just outside Moab in a quiet community. Very convenient for visiting local National Parks and downtown Moab. Enjoyed our stay. Great home to come back to after a long day! Host responded quickly with any questions.

We really enjoyed staying at Delicate Arch Daydream. More than enough room for our family of 4. Plenty of supplies included. We also were happy to be able to use the pool. The only negative was that someone had clearly entered our room the evening we arrived when we left to go to Arches, because we left the front door key in the lock box and only had the backdoor key, and then the deadbolt was locked so we couldn't enter the same way we left. This didn't happen again during our stay, since we took the front door key after that experience.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, beautiful - beyond our expectations in EVERY way!

We stayed for a weekend in June 2024 while visiting the Arches and Canyonlands NPs. The townhouse was even better than the photos, stocked with everything you need plus things you didn’t know you needed (ex. puzzles, a cooler , a waffle maker, extra blankets,, Xbox ) ! The kitchen included everything we needed to cook meals.. The bedrooms were both spacious and the beds were comfy. The walk-in shower was a game changer for my 75 y/o mother. There were other amenities (grill, pool, waffle maker etc) we didn’t have a chance to use as we only stayed 2 nights, We will save those for the next time we stay.
This property won’t disappoint and it is in a great location to all the amazing sights around Moab. Do not miss this one.

a great place to relax and refresh after a hot day of hiking at Arches National Park

WE had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect. It had a well stocked kitchen with almost everything we needed to make meals. It was very comfortable and we will definitely recommend.

Clean and efficient. Perfect location. I rent from here every time I travel to Moab... it has everything I need. And now all my friends stay there too. I had an issue with dead battery in a smoke detector and they came right over to fix it.

Very clean and convenient to Arches NP. Great layout! We were gone all day for the 2 days we were there so did not use the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Makenna Gold Rental was perfect. The duplex had 3 bathrooms which was a huge plus for our family. Very clean and modern and quiet at night. I would highly recommend staying there again!!

Our rental experience at Delicate Arch Daydream was wonderful! The description of the townhome was accurate, and it was clean and well-maintained. I misplaced the entry code information, thankfully I was able to contact Nicole and she quickly helped us with the information. It was a very comfortable place to be with attention to things you may need to enjoy your stay. I will recommend this rental to my sister and her family. We spent our days at Arches and Canyonland; beautiful!! We picked up lunch at Sweet Cravings three times during our time in the area. Delicious!! I had one question when we were leaving the property and Sharon answered it right away. Otherwise the details for your stay are clearly written for what you need to know. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again!!

My son wanted to spend his 21st birthday on a trip through CO, UT, & WY. Our first stop was in MOAB. BEAUTIFUL! The condo was very spacious and clean. We left early in the morning and came in late at night, so we really only utilized the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen appeared to have everything you need to prepare a meal. I loved being far enough out of town away from all of the traffic, but close enough to be somewhere in minutes. As mentioned in the description, if you get there at night make sure you have a flashlight. The parking spot is hard to find since it isn't right in front of the condo. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay there again.

The townhome was more than we could have ever expected. We were so thrilled to have found this home as our vacation had taken a detour due to Yellowstones devastating flooding. They made everything so easy during a bit stressful time.

The house was very clean and comfortable

The property exceeded our expectations in almost all regards. The unit was extremely well stocked with more than enough kitchen appliances and utensils. The unit was clean and fresh smelling. Only minor compliant was the minimal water flow in the shower head of one of showers. Loved the excellent patio grill. Definitely will book again!

This property was as described. Immaculate, the barest refrigerator I have seen in VRBO rentals (nothing but ice). Good assortment of spices, but no oil, vinegar, etc. Beds were comfy. Pool and hot tub were available but popular (lots of families). There are pickle ball courts available, but we had no equipment. The rental did have basketballs, however.

The rental was spotless and perfect for our group of 2 retired couples. We had everything we needed and the management company was very responsive and accommodating. We will return.

This is the second time that my husband and I booked the Delicate Arch Daydream when visiting Moab because it’s such a cozy and clean vacation rental. The place is well stocked with all kitchen/bath items. We went for two hikes in Canyonlands during our stay and enjoyed coming back to the vacation rental to cook dinner and relax. I highly recommend the Delicate Arch Daydream.

This place is great. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. Everything we needed to make our stay amazing was there. We weren't there during the day (since we came to Moab for Arches and Canyonlands) so I can't speak as to the noise level during the day but when we came back for the evening it was nice and quiet. The view was amazing (especially to wake up to). The bed was comfortable and easy to sleep in and the shower was nice and big. My only complaint would be the water flow in the shower(I'm assuming it had a flow restrictor in the head) but I think that's an across the board thing in that part of the country.

This rental was perfect for two couples. It was spotless on arrival and everything was as described. We have always loved staying in this area and this condo was no exception! Communication was fast and friendly. We will definitely stay at this rental again!

We had a wonderful time while we were renting this facility. The only "problem" we had was with the water restrictor in the shower head. It was a little TOO restrictive. Otherwise, the place was excellent. It had the best equipped kitchen of our whole trip!

Quiet, well kept, very clean.

Condo was super clean and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool on the hot August days. It was 40 minutes to the Delicate arch trailhead and 27 minutes to Corona arch.

So glad we found this place on short notice after modifications to our trip. The condo was clean, comfortable, and fit our needs perfectly. Just wish it was on the north side of town to avoid the traffic and people when going to/from Arches and Canyonlands. But if that is the biggest issue, we can get over it easily enough. We will definitely look for this again the next time we are in Moab.

Good quite location just south of Moab. Well laid out rental with everything that is needed including washer/dryer. Not one complaint everything was as expected or better. Excellent communication from Makenna's rental.

Great 2 bedroom condo/townhouse! Extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked! I’d go back in a heartbeat!

This rental was perfect for our four-person group! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning offered a welcome relief from the desert heat. We especially loved that each bedroom came with its own bathroom. Additionlly, the fully prepared kitchen and grill were great, and the TV was fully hooked up with Netflix, Hulu and YouTube. Didn't mind that this place was a little outside of town as the downtown area was packed with tourists and lots of noise. It was nice to have peace and quiet and beautiful views of the night sky! I will definitely be booking this place again during my next stay in Moab!

A perfect vacation stay for our family. Plenty of room. Loved the location on the South side of Moab, the new development and especially the fact it was an end unit --- more windows and quiet! We enjoyed the patio area and grill. Super cute and very clean.

Having this townhouse as our place to rest and recoup from the day’s adventures was the best thing for us, especially with a little boy in tow. The house was immaculate! Everything is new. It felt too cold to partake in the pool and hot tub but it was there and very nice. We had everything we needed at the house- dishes, coffee maker, towels, laundry. It was hard to leave. I hope to return someday.

Property is new, clean, fully stocked for cooking and living. Appreciated supplied paper products, dish and hand soap, even laundry detergent! Loved the 2 king master suites, perfect for 2 couples. Location very close to Arches, but out far enough to be quiet and restful. Details exactly as described, very clean, good instructions for finding the rental, easy check-in and out. We have already recommended to a friend for this coming summer!

Rental was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. They even provided laundry detergent and dish soap. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner. Only down fall was the hallway where the dryer/washer had a slight sewage smell and the HVAC unit in the kitchen was really loud. Overall, this unit was great and I'd definitely come back!

Our stay was great at this townhome. Very clean with modern furniture. Everything in working condition. There was one issue, my 7 year old kept stepping on nail coming out of the carpet at the steps and also at entrance of 2nd bedroom bathroom door. Somebody need to take hammer and set those down. This is common in new carpet installs. I had to tell her to not step on the edges. We are fine after that.

This townhome was spotless and beautiful. It is furnished in good taste. It also has everything you would need in the kitchen. We just loved it!

We had a great time! The multiple pools ensured there was plenty of space for everyone to cool off. Being a rental property owner as well, everything was as described in the VRBO add. The only suggestions for improvement would be to have a quieter HVAC unit or insulate that room. It was a little distracting if we were trying to have a conversation in the kitchen/living room. The washer needs to be cleaned. I think people just close the door after use and the mildew smell builds up. Also, if you can move the washer/dryer so the detergent tray can be removed and drained of water too. One other suggestion that our guests seem to like is the availability of cleaning supplies (spray cleaner and cloths in the kitchen) and food storage containers. Other than that, I think you had everything we needed. Thanks for letting us stay there - we had a great time in Moab!

We absolutely loved everything about this amazing condo. It had a well stocked kitchen including a griddle we made pancakes on. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a great relaxing thing and the end of our active days at Arches!

It was a great place to stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. we enjoyed having the pools after being in the sun all day to relax. Also it is nice to stay just a few minutes out of the busy town

We were in Moab for 2 nights in June of 2020. We stayed at the DelicateArch Daydream. 3 of us had a great stay. Modern feel, spacious, and very comfortable.

Property was great minus there was broken glass on the floors. Looked like it needed to be vacuumed.

The map that is attached to the rental agreement is not helpful and such low quality the road names are impossible to read. It was very hard to find. We took a trailer with us and the rental agreement said there was plenty of parking and a garage. There was no garage and no parking near the home. We parked about a 1/2 a mile away. The staff were easy to reach but not helpful with a better parking solution. The home was nice and everything we needed. Please attach a better map and be clear about parking for this unit. There was some conflicting information listed in the house that was different from the rental agreement like check out expectations. We were just loading up when the cleaners came into the house before we had left or sent a text to say we were out. This was an hour prior to when it said check out was required. Overall it was clean but as listed above there were some issues I haven’t had with other rentals we’ve used in the past.

The condo is beautiful and well appointed

For our first time visiting and hiking Moab, Delicate Arch Daydream was the perfect choice for us. The condo was very clean and spacious, had every imaginable kitchen appliance and was well stocked with towels, pillows and bathroom
sundries. The large condo complex is well designed and having two pools and a hot tub a short walk out the back door was very refreshing after a day of hiking in the Moab heat.

Good location, still under construction and parking is very limited. Had to park a little bit away and walk. AC didn’t work well the 2nd day and was 80 degrees upstairs. Cool temps at night helped with opening windows.
