Pool, Great Views and Close to Arches, Sleeps 8 - 7A5

We really enjoyed the unit. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, including spices which was nice. There were plenty of towels and even pool towels.
The only negative was that we felt it needed an additional couch rather than the 2 chairs. With 6 of us, we couldn’t comfortably watch a movie together. Other than that, it was a great stay!!

We have stayed several times in the condos at Makenna’s Gold Rentals. As always the condo was clean , beautiful views and stocked with the necessities. The booking process is always super easy and management is just a text or phone call away if needed.

Property room and layout was perfect. Well equipped. Location was a bit out of town, but that was fine with our group. Traffic noise from nearby highway might be an issue, if you plan to use the patio. Property is a bit tattered and showing its age, but clean. Mirrored sliding door on Master BR closet was broken with sign "Do Not Touch", which made the closet space unusable. Not a big inconvenience, but the broken mirror was a potentially dangerous condition that should have been fixed before the unit was rented, even if to just remove the broken mirror door panel.

My family of 7 loved staying here! Beautiful views, spacious, well-stocked and very clean - close to the pool too! Easy access to the surrounding area for recreation. Only downside was that the AC seemed to have a hard time keeping up on the top floor, but we would still be very happy to stay again. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Nice and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. They have everything you need to have a great little getaway. My favorite part is the property is far enough from the highway you don't hear the traffic noise like some of the other places I've stayed in Moab.

Fantastic vacation rental close to Moab. Unit was extremely clean and had all the comforts of home. Main floor master bedroom & bathroom was great for my elderly parents. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Moab.

Family of 5 for a week- lots of space. Enjoyed the pool at the property. Plenty of space for us to spread out at the condo. Good location! Would stay here again.

This condo is as described and worked perfectly for our family. The location is just a few miles outside of town but very convenient to everything in the area. The set up of the condo works well and has enough of the things needed if you choose to cook at home. The pool is close by and a great way to end a long day in the parks. I would recommend staying here as it is so nice to have the space and ability to relax. Moab is a great city; I hope we can return again.

It was amazing. The place was nice and set far from town which provided some nice rest and relaxation time. Can hear the traffic as it is super close to the highway but it is not too bad. Distance from everything is not too far as well.

The condo was as advertised. Convenient, clean and great for a family retreat.

I really like the location of these rentals. This was our second stay and I intend to return. Access is easy and they are clean and comfortable.

Townhome was excellent and clean! Problem was with neighbors sitting and yelling in garage until midnight or later, one night two o’clock. Garage Light was left on and door open all night. The noise from road was also loud. We would stay at back of complex next time. Management did fix problem with door immediately. Probably should have called management to see if they could intervene with neighbors.

We really enjoyed the beautiful views. The unit was loaded and it has a great full sized washer and dryer which we needed after our long trip. Very clean, too.

Very well maintained with all the conveniences

Great place to stay! Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked on the grill two nights. We were able to spread out and our adult kids got the upstairs, which worked perfect. The drive to and from town wasn't bad either. Very clean and well maintained. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was easy to access and immaculate. We had only 5 people in our group so there was plenty of room and bathrooms for all. The amenities such as laundry and pool access were great after a long day in the park. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great, quiet location. The house was in great shape. The house is really close to the pool. The only complaint is the AC blower is really loud especially in the living room and the master bedroom. Everything else was great!

We rented two of the townhomes in the same area for a family getaway. Pulling in and finding a clean place for us to stay added to the ease of hurdling grandkids around. Access to the pool and playground was a bonus that was used every day. It made our vacation easy and memorable for all.

We had a great time in Moab! The condo was perfect! We would definitely stay again! The view from the big windows inside and of course from the patio were amazing! You are surrounded by beauty every direction you look!

Came to see the parks and this was a great place. Far enough out of town to avoid the traffics. Facility is everything advertised. Nice garage to use (unless you have an F150 that didn’t really fit). The house had very comfortable bed and a nice kitchen. Very strongly recommended

Wonderful rental. Everything needed was included. We were on a road trip thru several National Parks and were looking for something close to the Arches. This was perfect for our family of 6.

This rental is a great place to relax, just far enough from down town but close enough to enjoy a bike ride to town. Rental was Clean and cozy. Only thing we needed to bring was food. Everything else was supplied. Great experience. We will definitely be back.

This was an excellent location for heading to both Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. It was nice that there was a pool available. We enjoyed using that after a hot morning of hiking.

The condo is nice but the TV and DVD player didn't work and the tremble bed was broken so the mattress fell through to the floor. The property manager Nicole was very helpful and went out of her way to correct the problems but only the TV got corrected before we left. The garage door opener didn't work well either and sometimes you had to press the button give times for it to open despite being right in front of the garage. I think we should have received a partial refund for all the problems.

Perfect condo for our group of 5 adults. Beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean and even had 2 terry bathrobes. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was easy to find and easy access to Moab and the National Parks.

The unit was great and had plenty of room along with everything we needed there was even a garage frig for our drinks. Beds where comfortable and views are good. Pool and hot tub where great as well and with 2 swimming pools they did not get get crowded. Complaint would be the front door seal not right and the wind blowing through the crack whistled most of the night.

The property was in good condition but did not look like the Website pictures. Was priced right but Needs a lot more attention in the cleaning and maintenance. Dishes were put away dirty. Walls had patches on them but not painted Bathroom mirrors had water spots on them. BBQ was greasy and dirty. Won't rent that particular unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your rental! We loved the comfort and the beautiful amenities that it offered.

Need to clean the air intake by the door to the garage, though. Otherwise, awesome!

Our accommodations in South Moab were great. Plenty of room for four people, corner unit offered decent views. The pool(with cool water in July!) was a welcome relief after hiking all morning. Neighborhood and unit were clean and well maintained.

Easy to book. The condo was clean and updated. It was like being at home especially with the large garage. I was so happy to see a washer and dryer as well! Great place to stay and very centrally located to downtown and all the area hiking biking and JEEP trails.

Our family stayed in this property to attend our son’s wedding. The amenities, location, cleanliness and overall accommodations were fantastic. There were 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a hide-away bed in the loft. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Wonderful view. Double attached garage. I highly recommend.

Our entire family thought this place was great. Lots of room to spread out, fully stocked kitchen, clean. The garage was great for bikes. Location is a few miles south of town but the quality of the unit was worth the tradeoff.

We had a great stay in Moab at this beautiful townhouse. The kitchen was well equipped, the home was very clean, and the check in/out was seamless. An excellent place to stay for a reasonable price (at least in December).

This rental was tre perfect size for our family of six. It was a great place to stay for visiting both Canyonlands and Arches. Our kids really enjoyed the tennis courts and playground. We really appreciated having a garage to park in and a washer and dryer. The one issue we had was that the front door has a gap so the wind whistles very loudly through the door waking people up. OveralL it was a great place to stay and we would recommend it.

Property manager was easy to work with, check-in, check-out instructions were clear and the property was clean, up-to-date, and location just outside of was perfect for our visit to Arches National Park.

This condo was great. All the amenities you could need. 3 bedrooms and a trundle bed in the loft. 2.5 bathrooms. A nice kitchen and seating area. Condo was spacious and clean. We used the garage for bikes and gear staging and they had a bike repair stand on the wall and the was helpful. We did not cook but they had all the dishes and stuff needed. The pool and hot tub area was nice. I would definitely stay there again. Rental set up was easy and price was good as we had 6 people. Having a washer and dryer was nice as well.

This was a beautiful and well equipped condo. We had a few TV problems but the management company was available for questions. It was very cose to downtown without being in the middle of things. It was a little hard to find the entrance because it was not well marked.

I rented this condo for my family for a short trip to Moab. The condo was clean, well stocked, and furnished nicely. We enjoyed our stay!

Property was accurately described and it had everything we needed, including a basketball, tennis rackets and balls, and beach towels. We didn't bike, but they were 100% ready to accommodate a great cycling trip. The only bummer is that we spent our time there with ants on the first floor. The manager put traps out, but the ants never left.

The unit was just as described, in very good shape, well maintained and spacious for just the three of us. Even with a minor problem, such as the garage door remote not working, the owner resolved the issue within half an hour. That qualifies for excellent customer service. If you want a quiet comfortable place that is about 5 miles out of the main town, then I highly recommend this unit. As compared to hotels and other VRBO's, priced competitively and very good value, especially if you're with a larger group.

The unit was centrally located, large layout and very clean. The community has a pool which was a plus. The two car garage came in very handy. Overall great experience.

we had a great time , the condo was very clean and quiet. The only thing that I didn't like so much was the parking, we were their with our jeeps so we had truck and trailers that we had to park out on the main road. we have been going to Moab for the past 15 years and this is the second time we stayed in a condo. As far as I am concerned that's the only way to go. We will definitely be renting again.

This is a great townhome in Rim Vistas, just south of town. The owner took great care to set the home up with everything you need and the unit itself still feels new.
