Very nice. Well maintained. Close to all the area adventures.

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for 5 people. Having a cooler available to take in the car when hiking was great! Very nice unit!!

We loved jeeping all day and returning to our cool quiet place to relax. The rental provides all the description promises.

Our stay in Moab was enhanced greatly because of being able to stay here. It was spacious, very clean, had all the utensils I could possibly use, & 5 minutes from downtown. It looked as if all the fixtures were brand new. Very quick response to a question I texted: is there a cutting board? Less than one hour a cutting board was delivered! Wow. So impressive!!

Our family of five really enjoyed this rental as a home base for our Moab adventures. The kids could play tennis and basketball in the morning and the hot tub was a welcome amenity after an afternoon of hiking and biking. Would definitely stay here again.

Makenna's Gold Rentals provided excellent service for our trip to Moab. The communication was clear and prompt. The actual condo was identical to the advertising. The condo was thoroughly cleaned. We liked the privacy, quiet location and gorgeous scenery. We highly recommend both the condo and Makenna's Gold

Five of us made this property as a base to explore Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef NPs! Great place and location! Very clean and quiet! Nice outdoor area with tables, chairs and grill! Huge master bedroom! Other two bedrooms a little tight. Comfortable beds! Kitchen had more small appliances than average VRBOs we’ve stayed in the past! Property manager communications was great! Minor little issues here and there, but would stay here again in the future!

We had a great stay here. The place was very clean, patio outside was nice and fairly quiet. The pool gets busy but we were also here peak season. We thought the townhouse was very clean, conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved staying in this home. Perfect location, very nice home and plenty of room. We will be back again.

It was very clean and spacous. We liked the location being away from the center of town, but still close enough!

Easy access, good location, and clean.
King and queen beds were soft.
Hard to regulate temperature. To get the upstairs cool the lower level was like a freezer.

Awesome to wake up with the view of the canyon in the very heart of Moab. The house is close to all one needs: Arches National Park, BLM lands hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rentals, restaurants, gift shops, you name it!
The property is well-maintained, clean, and has everything you need in a rental home.
Loved our stay and hope to be back!

Very nice. Checkin/out easy. Unit was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped, pots and pans above average. Kitchen faucet is loose.

This was a perfect location and facility for our group. Everything was clean and the pool / hot tub area was perfect. The garage door was extremely noisy. That was the only negative.

The condo was exactly as represented in the photos, it was well furnished and had all that we needed to cook and serve. The management company exceeded my expectations in making sure that I was aware of everything, check in was easy and they were very responsive if I had a question. This is the 5th time I have rented in this complex, the third time with the same management company. I would definitely rent this unit again

Great unit about 15 mins from Moab. Very clean, fully stocked with kitchen items, towels and linens. Beds very comfy, even had bottled water, popcorn and Jolly Ranchers for guests. Only concern was there were ATV's crawling all over the place and parked in the parking spots. This place is an ATV mecca so be prepared for guys hanging out in front of units drinking beer and wrenching on trucks etc.

This place was amazing and had everything you need for your stay. It was very quiet and the views were awesome! We also loved having the big garage to park our cars in.

This was a great place to stay for hiking at arches, Canyonland island in the sky, and canyonlands the needles. The townhouse had all the amenities, and we especially enjoyed the garage. The pool and hot tub were great in the evenings. We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again!!

We arrived to find our rental exactly as described. It has been well maintained and everything neat and clean. The instructions sent to us with directions, how to gain access and eating establishment recommendations were great. It was nice to have a nice clean and roomy place to return after a day at the Arches and shopping in Moab. We strongly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to visit Moab and we will definitely be a return customer!

The condo we stayed in was perfect for our family of five. This place was very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It was only a few minutes drive from downtown. The only thing we would like to whine about it is the bed in the master bedroom was somewhat too soft to our taste. Other than that, everything is good.

We enjoyed our visit to Moab at this townhome. It was clean, convenient and nicely appointed. Being that it was outside of town, it was quiet and relaxing. I would recommend this property.

Great place to stay in moab

The staff was great! Well organized, had everything we needed taken care of in advance. Super friendly. The unit we stayed in was perfect. Lots of room, very clean and comfy.

Condo was clean and stocked well except an electric can opener or better manual one would be great. Minor issue compared to everything else wonderful. A/C worked like a champ in early Sep in spite of July-like temps. Great stay. Two car garage helped shield from heat also. Pool was crowded in afternoon but was a holiday weekend. Very pleased. Outskirts location only added 5-10 min. Worth it. Beautiful location.

We were very pleased with the condo we rented and with the complex itself. Great layout on the condo...spacious, and homey. We were able to grill and cook when we didn’t want to go out. We had fun in the pool and playing tennis. Great place!

Nice place. Close to town but far enough away to get away from the ratrace that town can be. Well appointed and clean. Nice having the garage to leave the bikes or other things in so you don't have to haul them around with you. Could use a new toaster but other than that everything else was great.

We stayed here to visit Arches and Canyonland National Parks. The townhouse was easy to find and get into. Comfortable couch and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient garage parking and laundry room. Short drive to the town but it is a distance from Canyonlands.

Loved it. Not close to town, but I loved that. We were able to get away from all the noise of main street and have a relaxed time at condo.

The property was well equipped and very clean. The photos accurately depicted the property but I would add that it was nicer than the the photos. . Of note, the towels were soft and plentiful. The management responded quickly with any questions I had. I would absolutely stay there again.

This is a great rental, everything you need is here, just like at home. A great break from hotels. Rental is clean and comfortable and the owners personal touches throughout make it very homey. A great location to explore the beauty of the Moab area.

Modern almost new 3 bed house with 2. 5 bathrooms. Nice open plan layout. Comfortable, well equipped and furnished. Quiet. Good air con and WiFi. Netflix Small outdoor seating area with grill. Beautiful view of the mountains. Two small pools, tennis court and playground on site. Only drawback it's 5 miles from downtown and there are no amenities close by.

This was my 8th trip to Moab. We chose this rental based on the location and reviews. We were not disappointed. The condo is very comfortable and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. We loved having a garage to use! The management company was very responsive when contacted. We hope to return!

This was one of the best rentals vacation rentals. It was clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for all of us. We couldn't ask for anything better.

We had a great time at this rental. A/C worked extremely well and kept the place cool in the 105 degree July heat. Plenty of room in driveway for my 18 foot trailer and crew cab truck to stay hooked up and not be in the way. Nice large garage to keep things in, and do impromptu repairs. We had a great time!

Moab is getting busier and more built-up, but staying here on the south side of town lets you get away from the bustle, which is probably why you're coming here. Great neighborhood, clean unit, still convenient to town and the parks. Loved it here and would stay again. (Love the decor too!)

This is a very nicely furnished home, spacious and clean, and very conveniently located.

I was hesitant to write a review for this property, for fear that it wouldn't ever be available for me to use again. This property was amazing!! The location was excellent, just a short drive to all of the spots that we wanted to see. With a view of the snow-capped mountains out our front window, and red rock mountains out the side window, it was truly a pleasure to sit and stare. I would highly recommend this property, but only if it is available the next time I need it!

It was amazing. Very clean. Everything you could ever need. Check in and out was super easy. Still really close to town. Great views from the balcony and porch. Quiet little neighborhood. Was really helpful that the kitchen came with utensils, plates, etc.

This space was the perfect location for staying in Moab! It had exceptional views. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need! We will recommend it to our friends and we hope to come and stay again! The garage was a much appreciated bonus as we came to wheel and we had a place to store the Jeeps hard top and doors.

This condo had everything we needed for our time in Moab. We loved how it was a little out of town so it was very quiet yet still a very short drive to Arches. Clean, handy, relaxing! We also appreciated the using the garage for our van. If we ever come back to this area, we will rent this unit again!

The property was in a quiet location about 5 minutes from downtown Moab and convenient for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. Had all the comforts of home, beautifully appointed, and awesome fireplace.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo unit. It was clean, well stocked kitchen, roomy and warm. The surrounding views were beautiful, out side gas grill was great. Just loved it.

We needed to come to Moab for an event and apparently there were two other large events the same weekend. We were able to rent this condo for less than what 2 star hotels were going for and have tons of space, garage and full kitchen. We saved a bunch not having to eat out, check in/out was easy and the condo was clean and fully stocked with everything needed. Would definitely come back!

3 br condo clean close to moab and utah national parks

Townhouse was fine. Some construction noise near the pool. They are building new townhouses there. But we couldn’t hear anything from the townhouse itself.

We have stayed many times in Moab. We felt this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very fair price.

This location was fantastic for our family of four. It was clean, modern and quiet. We woke to a view of the mountains out the window. Our kids loved the pool. Would gladly stay here again.

We were blown away by this beautiful rental community just 5 miles outside of Moab. Beautiful views on all sides, modern, spacious townhome, large two-car garage, and even a discount card to the local grocery store! We would have paid more for much less had we stayed at a hotel in town.
