Pool with Red Rock Views, Garage, One Level

Perfect location for our activities around Moab and only minutes from downtown for shopping, groceries, and restaurants. We had two couples and chose this place because of having two king-size beds (a little hard to find!) Everything was super clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful, even went above and beyond meeting us to help us find our unit the night we arrived. Fantastic experience!

This had EVERYTHING we needed for our family vacation. It was super clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to with clear instructions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Communication from start to finish was simple to understand and timely. Check-in (getting to the house)/checkout seamless. The house is beautiful, even better than the pictures, clean and well stocked above our expectations. The property is located close to many activities/tours yet in a neighborhood well maintained and quiet. The shared neighborhood pool is located within walking distance of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean & spacious and was just as the photos showed. It is on the south edge of town so it is about 25 minutes from Arches. We loved being able to cool off in the pool after a day of hiking in the national parks. Nestled in a nice little neighborhood with tennis courts & a playground. When we hit a snafu with checking in, the manager responded immediately!! Very happy with this rental!

Stayed with friends for a weekend of biking, hiking, and floating. Condo was clean. Comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen.. nice patio to hang out in the evenings

The place was beautiful and really well stocked with the minimum items that we needed. We used the hot tub, which was a nice feature and the fireplace in the living room. The information in the book at the property and online has all different information so it was very confusing what rules to follow. Check-out time in the book is listed as 11, but online it is 10 and the cleaning company showed up right at 10:05am. We were already leaving, but still very confusing. The book says pool and hot tub closes at 9, but the sign posted outside the facility said 10. I think the information just needs to be updated - otherwise the place was so great!! Thank sso much

This condo is conveniently located only a few miles south of town. The floor plan is very generous with a large garage and space for cars in the driveway. The beds are comfortable and the living area was great for hanging out with our family. The pool was just a block away and the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Condo was nice. Loved the fireplace. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, but it was really dirty and gross.

Our family enjoyed staying at this rental, which was close to Moab biking trails and Arches National Park. The home was pleasantly furnished and we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were around the corner.

Very nice place and clean place. Only two minor negatives, height of 2 of the beds. they were very tall, location was beautiful but a little out of town.

This rental was perfect for 2 couples. We had plenty of space. We were provided with some of the basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap, which was nice. It was perfectly situated close to downtown Moab for meals and shopping. Arches is only a few minutes away for hiking. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed in the neighborhood. We love the location. It is a plus to have a garage. Area is quiet and well maintained. Love the view from the patio. Home was very clean and just as pictured. Nice open shower in the master bath with plenty of hot water. Kitchen well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed for 1 week and could have stayed longer. We had everything we needed.

We loved our stay here. The space was perfect for our family. It is spacious and well stocked in the kitchen for the nights we wanted to make meals at home. And the response from the owner was excellent. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

After spending the day driving the amazing trails in and around Moab in our Jeep, the condo was a welcome, spacious place to unwind and refuel for the fun to come. Nicely appointed, clean, spacious with lots of natural light, we found it to be a wonderful place to make our home away from home for a few days.

Great communication from Makenna’s Gold Rentals soon after the booking. Provided accurate and reliable information to the rental property. Lacie was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The location was quiet with great views of the landscape. Comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely consider this rental property again if we came back to Moab

Overall, the place was well stocked and nice. There was no CO detector, but the property manager gave us one when we requested it. The main issue was that there was hair all over one of the bathrooms and we had to clean it when we arrived.

A most relaxing vacation stop, very tasteful. Management is terrific to work with, as we had to reschedule twice from 2019 to 2020 and then to 2021.

We met family from California in Moab and this rental was perfect for our needs. It was nicer in person than in the pictures, and the patio view was absolutely lovely. The master suite was incredibly spacious and having a large garage was super handy. We didn't end up cooking, but having plenty of dishes and glassware was nice.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for us which included two young kids, two adults and Grandmother! We had a comfortable, beautiful stay.

Made a quick winter trip to do some hiking. Had a great time. The rental has pretty much everything you’d need to stay. Hot Tub was open and the family was happy to warm up in it after chilly days on the trails.

Condo was clean, convenient, well stocked, and well labeled. We really appreciated the care that was taken to ensure everything was clear and easy. There were plenty of towels, trash bags, soap, etc. Very comfortable beds, which is a rarity when staying in VRBO/Airbnb type places. It was amazing having the garage to keep all our bikes, UTV, etc.
Couch was very comfy, but may need to be replaced in the near future. Felt a little worn-out.

We loved our stay at his fantastic property! This was the perfect place to recover from and get ready for our next mountain biking adventures in Moab! It was super clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities! I loved having a garage to keep our bikes safe! This was 1000 times better than camping!!!

Very clean spacious rental with plenty of room in the garage for bikes,atvs, etc. Only 5 minute drive to town.

Property description was accurate, clean, well-maintained. Couldn't find a griddle for pancakes. Nice to have the gas fireplace for cool mornings. Decor keeps with the environment of Moab area. Good place for our sisters retreat.

Only negative was this property fronts rode that is used to park trucks, trailers and act's so do not be surprised if view out front is partially blocked. Not a deal breaker but we did not realize size of trucks and trailers that would be parked there 24/7.

Comfy, plenty of room for all guest...

We love staying here when we come down to Moab for our annual golf outing. It's convenient, clean, and cozy. We are looking forward to next year.

This place was very quiet, clean, and was just what we were looking for a week stay. The couch was very uncomfortable but the rest of the house was very nice. Beds were comfortable, and it was close to all the activities.

This is a single level with double car garage.
We fit two cars and three bicycles in the garage with room to spare. The house had bedrooms on each end allowing for privacy. We would definitely stay here again. We appreciated the location away from the crowds in downtown Moab. Nicole was so easy to work with.

We had a terrific 3-night stay in the Moab condo. It was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to cook in. Our family had plenty of space to spread out. The property manager Nicole was super friendly and responsive. We had an amazing time visiting both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, as well as a quick stop at Dead Horse Point State Park. The location is great. Moab can be a little intense, with lots of traffic, and it was nice to get away to a quiet community and relax after a long day in the parks.

We came for a biking/National Park vacation with our family. The condo was very spacious, clean and had a really nice large garage. It was very comfortable. We had a few minor things to contact the property manager about and they were very attentive and quick to get back to us. Since many of the condos in this complex were rentals the hot tub was almost always full. No pool until mid April. The condo itself was just outside of the twin of Moab, just a short drive. We would definitely stay here again. The price was right.

The unit is quite nice. There was a need for some maintenance - the garage door opener batteries were dead, lights were burned out, ice maker didn't work. But all of the important things were good. The unit was clean, area is great.

Not only saved money from being able to cook some of our meals but also enjoyed being in an environment like home. The only problem was that two of the bedroom tv's weren't working. Otherwise, loved it and would rent this way again!

Great place that was central to Arches, Dead Horse Point State Park, Canyonlands and miles of hiking, biking and off road adventures. The views were beautiful! Quiet and peaceful.

Condo was clean and spacious. One floor, which was nice. Located south of town in quiet area just 5 min from all the action. Nicole was professional and very accommodating. Had an excellent dinner at Fiesta Mexicana and a great breakfast at Moab Grille.

This was more than expected and a great bang for the value. My brother was able to have his own space while my husband and I had the Master Suite, which was marvelous. There was space for us to get together after a full day of adventure. It had everything we needed, wanted and more.

The information provided about the property was spot on and in a great location. We were all over Eastern Utah and Western Colorado so it was easy to get to all the attractions.

Once I had booked the property I have some questions and they were always answered right away and I was put at ease.

We had a slight problem with one of the bathrooms, fixed immediately. We came home one day and noticed that the air conditioner was not on and it was getting hotter - fixed immediately - even with the property manager out-of-town, she had the solutions. Her husband was great to work with to get the two problems fixed. We were very impressed with that level of service.

Absolutely beautiful location and property. Well worth it.
The four stars is due to a few minor items, the throw rug inthe living room having a curled edge we stumbled on several times would rather not have a rug.
The internet connection was painfully slow at times even after a router reboot.
The management company was a pleasure to work with and made the process simple.

This fully-equipped condo is located in a subdivision of similar condos about 6 miles south of Moab. We loved the views of nearby red-rock cliffs and being away from city and traffic noise.

Towels were old and bleached out, pillows were lumpy,lamps looked great with furniture but did not work, no garbage can provided in the garage, cooking on the grill was challenging with no controls labeled(go by a new cheap grill)and the furniture could use an upgrade. Would recommend the owner go to Costco for towels, grill, and inexpensive furniture. Also this is the first unit that we have rented in 7 years in the same area that did not provide bath body wash and shampoo. Great area and clean. Oven was dirty when we tried to cook so we opted for the grill. That could gave escaped the cleaning crews eyes. NICOLE B was wonderful to work with our minor complaints. We traveled with our daughter and son-in-law and their kids. The 2 car garage was nice. We liked that we could all be in the living room together and have plenty of seating. Also the kitchen was big enough for several people to help with meals. We liked it being so close to the main road.

So relaxing and lovely condo. Has every thing that
you could need. Close to town and is so quiet. Dark enough st night to see the beautiful stars when taking a walk thru the subdivision. We loved it here and wished we could stay longer. The owner was very available if any questions, but not intrusive on our stay. Plus, much better rate than other similar condos in the rim village.
