Clean, easy access, not all the issus of dealing with larger rental services

This is our third time at Moab and Rim Vista condos and Makenna's Gold Rentals. It is great as before. Well equipt and comfortable. It was also nice that the hot tub jets are now working.

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my friends! The space was just the right size and everything was clean, organized, and exactly as pictured in the provided photos. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and communication with the host was great. The location is also perfect and isn’t far at all from Moab (10 mins) or Arches National Park (15-20mins).

This property was the perfect retreat for our family of 6 while we explored around Moab. Not only were the accommodations very comfortable and well-equipped, but we also felt safe during a violent storm that swept through the area, especially having a private garage for our vehicle. The location on the southern-most border of the town allowed us beautiful views of the LaSal mountains and red cliffs from every window. We will definitely choose this property for return visits to this stunning area!

We’ve been to this development a couple of times, and had hoped we’d found a unit with a view. The photos are a little misleading as they look like they were taken before development happened around this unit. There was very little privacy with a street outside and trucks parked on it. They need some bottom up blinds to keep the view of the mountain skyline and block out vehicles and houses.

Our only disappointment is that, we were not able to enjoy the place long enough. our vacation time felt short staying at here. we were feeling at home. We will for sure come back here next year and stay longer.

This townhouse was perfect for our group. Very clean, good bedding, very well equipped with kitchen supplies. The outdoor grill igniter switch does not work so at the last minute I had to prepare our food on the stovetop. The next day I found a firestarter that I could have used to start the grill.Great location for our needs. Lots of atv's that week in our location.The property was well maintained,could use more soap in the shower,will bring our own next time. We did eat out at the Blue Pig restaurant which was delicious and not crowded when we ate there. All in all a great unit for six people.

We absolutely LOVED our condo! We were able to house the whole family comfortably, it was well stocked and immaculately clean. The location of the property was great for us. I had multiple, wonderful interactions with Lacey in the office. We will definitely be back

The place was clean, check in was easy. All the amenities were provided. Check in and out was easy. Will definitely stay here again. The pool was great as well.

Spoil yourself at this well-stocked, comfy condo. It's comforting to know your car and toys are safely locked up at night. Very clean, well maintained, and comfy beds. Just a few miles outside of town. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the house. It was clean and plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was close to Arches and Moab.

This house was great! Just a couple of miles out of Moab. After hiking and jeeping, it’s nice to be able to park in a garage and relax. Kitchen is great after grabbing a few groceries and sit on the patio and look at the stars and Milky Way. In the morning, drink coffee and watch the sunrise! Plenty of room for a family.

Unit was clean, comfortably slept 8, kitchen had most of the needed accessories, pool was a short walk. Good location, highly satisfied and would recommend!

Stayed here for about a week. It was a great place and would come back again in a heartbeat! It was perfect for our crew. No complaints whatsoever.

This rental was perfect for our family of 6. We ate breakfast and dinner at the condo and took a picnic lunch with us on our daily adventures. We enjoyed the incredible view and all the amenities.

This property had excellent management and the amenities were as described. The location was further south than we would have liked, but was as described. Everything worked. Internet was good. It was clean, but not spotless. I would recommend to a person wanting a reasonably priced place in Moab.

We are very pleased with this rental property. The unit is in pristine condition. It is spacious with high ceiling. It also has great floor plan with master bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverwares, and a new bottle of vegetable oil.

Just so you know the unit is located at the south end of town. It isn't an issue for us as we didn't go to town very often and traffic is not a problem for this time of the year.

Excellent unit, comfortable for a nice group. Great launch point for enjoying all of Moab's adventures.

Very nice place to stay.

Our group included myself, mother-in-law, and four kids (one with spouse and toddler). There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was nice. It was too hot to enjoy the playground and tennis courts, but we did notice pickleball lines taped on the tennis court for pickleball fans. The kitchen was nicely stocked, and the garbage dumpster was close to the unit. There was a binder with plenty of helpful info on the area and unit. While the unit was outside of town, it wasn't that far to drive to our destinations.
The sofa bed is not super comfortable. For people who can sleep anywhere, it will do. I had to contact management to bring bedding for the sofa bed, and we were short a pool towel for the number of people we had but we made do. Although the paperwork said there were two keys, there was only one, and management brought us two more. The upstairs tub did not drain, and the maintenance guy had to come out twice to fix it. It finally drained properly a day before we left. Both bathroom shower curtain rods are adjustable, and the curtain in the master bath fell on my granddaughter's head so be aware. The floors were a little dirty.
Overall, we were happy with and enjoyed staying in this unit and would recommend it. Some of the attractions we visited and activities we participated in include Arches National Park, kayaking, zip lining, and eating at Sultan's. We were pleased with and would recommend all of them.

We loved this place. It was clean, spacious, and the complex was perfect for our four kids with the pool, playground and basketball courts. Gorgeous views out every window. Kitchen was well-stocked and the loft area with extra tv nice for kids. Also--we thought the fridge seemed warm (it was fine, it turns out), but they got someone out right away to look at it. We were very happy with our stay.

The condo has a great layout with plenty of space. The unit was very clean and plenty of extra bedding . We used the pull out sofa bed and it was very confortable. I would stay there again.

We were very happy to come "home" after a day of hiking or biking. The condo has a very nice feel with great views and nice furnishings. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we successfully used the BBQ. We very much appreciated the garage, as we had 4 bikes to store. Thank you,.

Clean and modern, nearly new. Works great for hiking/biking day trips. Only minor inconvenience is the need to park on Meador Dr because garage is too small for a standard pickup. Sure there is some rationale for new construction that size!

We stayed here for four days, just two of us. Sparkling clean, plenty of room, and gorgeous views. It's a little trip to downtown Moab, about 5 miles, and another 5 to Arches, but that was the only draw back. Kitchen was very well stocked with decent equipment. Decor was just right, not too much stuff sitting around so we had room to put our own stuff. Garage worked great, and although the condo is near a major road, it was quiet. Our few interdictions with management involved a couple of questions, and Nicole was very helpful.

This was a great home rental! We reserved another home but upon arrival, we found the a/c not working. I called Nicole around 9:30pm and she answered after 1 ring!! She had someone there to look at the problem (they arrived within 20 minutes) and when it was determined that couldn't be fixed for a few days, she sent us to another house. So helpful and so quick. Both homes were well appointed, clean and perfect for our stay. All needs were met and surpassed our expectations. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!! If I could give the property management 10 stars, I would.

We had a great family reunion at this complex. The family rented 5 units so we were all close together, basically all around the pool area. Great little community. Well situated Condos, perfect for each family situation.

We really enjoyed our biking getaway and were very comfortable in our “home away from home”. The only improvements we would recommend would be the addition of a device to stream music and movies. Since it is a biking destination, access to a hose to clean our bikes would have been nice.

Everything about 9A1 was perfect. Clean, large rooms and comfortable. Nicole was fantastic to work with and dropped a hair dryer off to me as there was not one in the condo. I cannot thank her enough for that! Even though it’s south of Moab, it’s a gorgeous drive into town and very quiet in the complex. The view is also stunning.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Area was beautiful complete with a pool and play area for children. Great for an evening walk.

Spacious, well-appointed, clean condo in convenient location. While not walking distance from town, it was closer than we thought and stayed quiet, with great starry sky watching. Garage was key for bike storage and security. Four adults in their own beds were easily accomodated. Great spot!

The unit wasn't as clean as some of the others I've stayed at in the same complex - I'd rather not post what it was but let's just say the cleaning team could've done a little more in the bathrooms, the tv upstairs (ironically the one with the DVD player that my kids wanted to use) wasn't working and we ran out of dishwashing pods so ended up washing dishes by hand. So the unit itself is great and exactly what we needed but those small details would've made the stay that much better

5 stars across the board with one minor flaw - the AC unit is pretty loud, especially in the master bedroom.

Kitchen is well appointed, there was nothing we needed that wasnt there. 2 car garage was comforting to have with our vehicles loaded with gear and technology. Washer/Dryer was handy later in the week.

House is 7-10 minutes drive from town. Some would prefer to be closer to the action, we really appreciated being a little out of town and more quiet :-)

Loved the condo and the location but parking was terrible.

We loved this condo. My kids and I had plenty of room. The condo was clean and well decorated. The owner was very easy to work with for payment. Also well stocked. perfect!

We had a wonderful time staying in Moab and at the 3 bedroom condo. With two families it was a wonderful size and gave everyone space. We will definitely consider staying at this unit again in the future.

Great stay at newer condo complex in Spanish Valley

This was a great rental location, a little ways outside of town, but very quiet, roomy, and clean. Great views as well.
