Gorgeous Red Rock Views and Close to Hot Tub

This property worked perfectly for our mountain bike trip to Moab. We all had our own beds, it was stocked with everything we needed and it was a quick walk across the parking lot to the hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable townhome. It was comfortable and quiet, perfect for our family of 6. Being right across from the park and pool was great for our 9 year old that has more energy than she knows what to do with!

Love this place, everything was perfect! Location, maintenance, indications of arrival. Totally recommended.

We absolutely loved this place! This place was clean, and had everything that we needed. The owners were great at communicating and having everything ready to go for us. This property was as described. They also offered a great price for this property. We definitely recommend using these guys. We will definitely be back!

Accommodations were clean comfortable and provided the perfect gathering spot after the day’s activities. The children enjoyed the pool and playground. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were as advertised. No complaints.

The property was ready for our arrival. The Gold Mackenna team was responsive with Q&A’s as we neared our arrival time. The location was great and near the common area for the pool and hot tub. Hot Tub gets crowded in the evenings.

These condos were great to stay in while we were in Moab. Plenty of room for truck , trailer , and Jeep. Clean and well maintained. And quiet. Will stay there again!

Great place for families or groups. Located about 5 minutes to town and 15 to Arches National Park. It was right across from the pool and playground. Close to town for takeout, but the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. They even had towels and pool toys for the kids to use. We'd stay here again in an instant and highly recommend it for others!!

Our family (3 teenagers) rented this condo for the week for adventuring around Moab. It was a perfect base to explore Arches, Canyonlands and all the other outdoor activities that we did. The condo itself was perfect - large completely stocked kitchen (even with spices!) and 3 big bedrooms. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pool and tennis courts were right around the corner and made a great spot to admire the view while soaking in the hot tub. Check in and check out were professional and seamless. The condo is about 10 minutes from downtown. Highly recommend!

The condo was very basic and didn't have many upgrades to it. The kitchen equipment was at best dollar store quality and the stove does not work so we had to broil everything we were trying to bake. Several of the dining chairs were wobbly and one of them was not glued or nailed at the joints. It seemed this unit got what was left over from all the other rentals and I say this because I had 3 brothers that rented in unit 7 and all of their condos were painted and the seating and furnishings were abundant and of better quality. Other than that, it was fine. I would mention that pool and hot tub closes at 9 pm. That is too early.

The layout was perfect spending 6 days exploring Moab. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The bedding was comfortable

Townhouse convenient to all attractions and very comfortable. Pool area nice with loads of families with young children.

Comfortable home and the garage to park the car was a great bonus. Master bed was super comfy and kitchen was easy to cook in. (no pizza cutter but that was a minor inconvenience). Easy check in and check out. Would certainly stay again!

Our family decided to get away this thanksgiving and i couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here. Their were some little glitches but when i notified them they were quick to respond and correct. We will be staying here again.

The house was really nice but the carpet was pretty dirty and the couch was filthy. I had to put a blanket on the coach to feel OK to sit on it. There were not enough was clothes in any of the bathrooms. The front door sticks so bad that a couple of times we had to go out the garage and get the front door opened.

Management company service is top notch.
Unit well equipped in the kitchen and bedrooms but living area is shabby with inadequate living room furniture, dirt couch and grubby carpet.
Grill doesn't light with its igniter and is really small for the unit size.
Place just needs a little updating, otherwise a great stay as usual.
Makenna's Gold is the best rental management we have dealt with in Moab over 20 years....Use them!

What a great weekend. The condo was very clean and stalked. Great area for extra parking. The ac was not working but the condo stated resonably cool.

We had nice time living there. the house was clean and comfortable, and the host was nice and helpful.

This is the second time we've stayed here in the past 2 years. We love the spaciousness, cleanliness and the fact that it is out of town.

The properties in Rim Vista are great! Lots of room for the whole family, comfortable beds and all the amenities. This unit is very close to the main pools. The double garage is a must in the summer.
It is a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Moab, but we like the quiet.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was well stocked and clean. The location was convenient for both the Arches and Canyonlands parks as well as many local attractions. We loved using the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking. The grounds are well maintained. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

Really nothing bad to say about this place. It was clean comfortable beds. Enjoyed having the 2 car garage. Pool water was refreshing after a hot day of hiking. Every time I am in Moab I stay in these townhomes and really enjoy my stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The townhome was very clean, conveniently located just minutes outside Moab, and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals at home. It felt great to come back to a warm shower after a long day of hiking and exploring. The kids also enjoyed the pool and hot tub - both were clean and pool was not freezing cold. We are already planning our next trip and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great first experience in Moab!

Great location and convenient to all parks in and around Moab. Large comfortable rooms and furnished with everything you need. We loved this property and plan to stay here again when we visit again.

My husband and I loved this condo. It was clean, quite, well furnished and just what we needed for our getaway. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a day of wheeling. The master bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a good nights sleep. We loved that there was a garage to park our buggy in and that we still had room in the driveway to park our trailer. This was a huge thing for my husband. The location was great. Close to everything, but far enough away for peace and quite. We liked this place so much that we already booked for next year. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved it! The townhome was spacious and nicely decorated. It was spotless. Very comfortable. Nice kitchen. Nice bathrooms. We really liked having the half bath downstairs. The other two baths are upstairs with the three bedrooms. The unit was in a great location for our trips to Arches, Canyonlands, etc.

There were 4 of us in the home and all of us were very pleased with the home. It was very clean, tidy, and the amenities were excellent. The kitchen had all sorts of choices for making a meal: crockpot, electric fry pan, etc.

Directions given to us ahead of time were right on. We arrived when it was dark and we had no problem finding which unit was ours.

We had a full schedule so we weren’t able to use the hot tub & swim pool, but we did check them out...both looked very inviting. Without a doubt, we’d recommend this place.

Very great location outside of town but not TOO outside. Place was very clean. Nice to have so many bathrooms. Great kitchen and the garage was a wonderful bonus.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and not too far from town.
Was great to have a grill and a pool, basketball and tennis court available to us too.
Could highly recommend and will look up again if coming back to Moab.

The stay was fantastic. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the management team was very helpful and fast to respond when we locked ourselves out! Thank you for a great stay. One thing I would change or update is the front patio. The patio furniture is a little rough and uncomfortable, and the patio itself could use a sweeping. Other than that everything was great.

Outstanding! Great place. Pool right outside the garage door. All the amenities you need. Beds comfortable nice cool air. Just outside the crowds from town. Short drive to Arches and Canyon lands. Was able to get extra day to extend the fun.

Only thing I would change would be to get more efficient window blinds, the sun heats up the house a lot in the afternoon and the blinds do nothing to help, also would make it better for sleeping.

Rental was great for 6 adults. Even the twin beds worked for the ladies. Kept house cool with the ceiling fans. Management was great. I have problems with yahoo putting even my contacts into the spam folder. Called management to confirm reservation and get rental details resent. Very friendly. Also, we had a great time UTVing, a wet canyon hike and kayaking 11 miles on the Colorado River.....great 4 day weekend.

Im so glad I rented this condo instead of a random hotel for our family vacation in Moab! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed after long, hot days hiking in the desert. Would definitely stay again!

This rental had everything you needed to rest, recharge and plan the next MOAB adventure. Kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds, and spacious bathrooms. The garage was an added bonus. Many days we the weather was extreme and rolling into a garage was nice. All in all, we loved it!

This condo is located approximately five miles south of Moab. The condo is nicely furnished. The bedrooms are on the second floor. You can arrive at any time since there is a lock box key. Condo is nicely furnished. Would stay here againg

Condo was clean, well-furnished and in a good location. The property description was accurate. The main item missing in the kitchen was a cutting board.

We were very pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was very good for what we wanted to do, visits to Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. The construction outside the front of our unit kind of took away from the surrounding view, but can't fault the owners for that.

As far as local restaurants go, we enjoyed them all. We hit Moab Brewing, 98 Center, Susie's Branding Iron and Twisted Sistas. We both liked 98 Center the best. For breakfast the day we left we went to Sweet Cravings, which was very good.

We had a great restful stay in this Rim Village Condo. It is beautifully appointed and the setting is gorgeous. We never used the pool, but it was much enjoyed, even during the cool evenings. We had two great meals. Desert Bistro was fantastic, and Bangkok Too (I think that's the name) was great for a to-go feast for our extended family of 8 that we hosted in the spacious dining/living room of the condo one evening. I highly recommend this lovely condo in a dramatic setting.
