Place was just as described. It was really clean and convenient. Everything that you need, was there.

We have stayed at more units in the Rim Village than I could remember over the last 20 years. We were surprised we had very stayed in that one. The unit is very worn. No warm blankets on all but the twin beds. The air conditioner when active is extremely loud... will wake you up. The unit is very bare bones... what I mean by that is most units have little perks... bike stand tools... board games.... hose to wash jeep... etc. this one has nothing. The shower in master is very moldy.

Great location to experience all that Moab has to offer. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. The Hot Tub was a nice extra

A great place to Stay

I visit Moab 6-10 times a year (an average of 42 days each year) and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Always clean, easy to work with, and at tue I had a question, they answered promptly and kindly. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

The property management team was very organized and great with emailing updates and providing us with lots of helpful information.

Great location and view

This condo was equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Kitchen was stocked, and their were extra towels for the hot tub!

Great place and location.

We love staying in this location. It is central to many of the parks we wanted to visit. The area has a variety of restaurants and little shops.
The property was very clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool after a long day of sightseeing.

Communication with Makenna’s Gold team prior to arrival was prompt and informative. Unit was clean on arrival and well stocked. Kitchen had some spices available. We were pleased to find a large electric griddle, crockpot and rice cooker in the kitchen. Plenty of space to park including two space garage and driveway. Would definitely rent this unit again. About a 10-15 minute drive to Arches National Park depending on traffic.

We love Moab have been many times. This was first time renting this location and with this company. The place was great and communication perfect..

Great condo for a family vacation in Moab.

This was a last minute booking through VRBO. A friend had stayed in these complexes in March, so we already knew how they were. The condo was furnished with most everything you could need for a stay. We cooked most meals there. I would recommend a cutting board if possible. other than that, there were no issues. We all had enough space. 2 adults & 2 children. The hot tub was a great addition at the end of the day. Property manager was very responsive. Batteries were needing replaced in garage door keypad & opener. She replaced within 30min of first text. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Loved this space. Clean, convenient, with great views! Kitchen loaded with everything we needed and loved having the washer and dryer right in our unit. The stars were amazing off the upper balcony at night. I miss it already!

We really loved our time in Moab this summer. My family of 5 stayed in this unit and we were impressed with how clean, roomy, and comfortable it was. It provided us withthe space, amenities, and location we were looking for. Outside the city of Moab, but just a few minutes to get to the grocery store or gas station. Big bedrooms, comfortable furniture, easily accessible garage and driveway. This was great in every aspect.

Overall, this property was FANTASTIC for our stay to tour Canyonlands and Arches Natl Park. Everything was neat, clean and instructions to get in/out easy to understand and follow. Our only inconvenience, is that the dryer wasn't functioning normally...there must be a lint blockage in the exhaust...but everything else was wonderful!

We loved the apartmentbut had to leave early due to pandemic outbreak. We would love to come back and would definitely stay here again but was a bummer we had to leave early because of the worldwide pandemic.

Great location but the townhouse itself was not very clean. The cupboards were very hard to open with no pulls on them. The shower curtain in the master bath smelled awful and looked worse.

We had a great stay in Moab. The condo we stayed in was clean and furnished with quantity furniture. Beds were all comfy and the internet and cable were easy the access. It was great to have a garage to keep car out of sun when it got hot. Location was quiet and close enough to town to feel close to all parks and restaurants. Full kitchen and laundry made breakfast cheep and unpacking clean clothes perfect . Thanks for a great stay . Checking in and out was easy and even added an extra day .

Great base for a fun vacation

This is the perfect place to stay for a Moab vacation. It was clean and located just minutes from downtown. The beds were super comfortable and it had everything we needed for a great a stay!

This is our 2nd annual trip to Moab. We've stayed here both times and love it! It's like home away from home! Clean, comfortable, great service, easy to work with...

Place was clean, well lit, had a nice tv w/ something similar to basic cable. Plenty of towels, hand & dish soap. 2 car + garage also clean & well lit. Gas Bar-B-Que worked well. Space for 2 trucks w small trailers in front of garage. Master bedroom had 3 large closets w/ bathroom & shower. Plenty of towels all around.
Living room had big tv but no stereo or sound system. Kitchen has an electric stove / oven & dishwasher, coffee pot w/ filters, plenty of silverware & glasses, but was missing many cooking amenities found at other places. One example was only 1 trash bag for our week long stay. No sponges for washing dishes, etc.
When it rains the downspout by the back bedrooms sounds loud as if pebbles are falling down it. This frequently woke one guy throughout the night. This really needs to be addressed.
No hose if you wanted to wash your car/bike.

Had a great time. The place is great. The only problem we saw is the location. It's a bit far from the action in Moab. You are definitely not walking anywhere. Also it's far enough down the canyon cell phone service is pretty sketch.

Awesome place to stay. Convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Spacious and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Nice, clean, and modern. This rental was perfect for our trip with Jeeps and Razors. The large garage and room to park our truck and trailer rigs nearby made for the perfect Base-camp!

These townhomes were awesome!They are located just far enough out of town that you get peace and quite, but not too far from the downtown action. Very nice set up and very clean. All the comforts of home without having to bring all of home with you.

Nice, clean unit. Great location. Three bedrooms. WiFi, cable, tv in all rooms, everything you need. We would stay here again.

My husband and I and another couple rode in on our motor cycles from Michigan and we're ready to relax. Our town house was clean and welcoming. We were just far enough from town to feel relaxed but not to far where we were able to stop in and shop and eat at the many great places in Moab. We road every day to Arches and caverns and we're always glad to come back to our rental. Easy check in and check out. Kitchen was adequately supplied with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Could use a big frying pan. My (few) questions were immediately answered via text very quickly.

Loved this rental, second time staying at this property. Location just south of town is convenient but away from the hustle of town and with great views of the mountains and mesa rim wall. Property is spacious, clean, and has all the little things provided (kitchen ware, spices, etc.)

The property was spacious and comfortable. The unit was well appointed, clean, and convenient to everything.

The location was perfect for us and we loved the condo which was clean. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the dcor of the condo was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

But, you need to reevaluate your cleaners. You collect 100.00 for a cleaning fee, but other that maybe running the vacuum cleaner and changing "some" of the sheets, they are not doing you any favors.

We had one bed that appeared to not have sheets replaced in some time. Oven has not been cleaned. It basically was disgusting and could not be used. Grill outside was in the same condition. We ended up having to cook burgers and hot dogs on the stove top.

Many light bulbs were either burnt out or were missing. We had to go around the house and move light bulbs around to get lights in each room.

TV in living room we could not get to work. 1 station - HGTV???

Toilet in back by garage needs to be repaired. You flush it and it keeps running. I tried to repair, but needs some new parts.

Collecting a cleaning fee should require that house is cleaned and operable. Was very disappointed.
