The rental was great. We used it as a base between Arches and Canyonlands. We were very pleased with the location and the actual place itself. Would definitely recommend and would come back again.

Everything was super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space and had everything we needed(would be awesome if the community had a box that you could check out tennis rackets and basketballs to use while there). The pools felt amazing in the warm afternoons. Kitchen was well stocked plus some extras like oil and sugar, etc, managing company was amazing and super responsive! Loved it and will be back!

We loved this rental! It has a beautiful view out the window of the red rocks. It was close to the pool/hot tub. It has three big bedrooms and plenty of space! We had a wonderful stay!

I've stayed in several dozen places in Moab, being just a few hours away makes it easy to get away. This may be the best one I've ever used. Clean, modern, super nice, I'll definitely be back!

Great place to stay south of Moab.

The house was located off 191. Good location with good proximity to downtown. Great trails just up the road. Accommodations were good. Stocked kitchen. OTW nice stay. Fireplace was also nice.

This condo is well stocked and clean. Our only nitpick is that the garage is not deep enough to park a full sized truck (F150).

We enjoyed our time in this unit. It was in a great location south of downtown. The home has a well-stocked kitchen and tons of storage in each bedroom. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the private garage.

We were a little surprised at the noise we could hear from the highway but it wasn't terrible. We could not get a cell signal inside the house and we relied on the wifi. For some reason the wifi would not allow our phones to send or receive texts. The check-in directions took us to the wrong unit, but it was easy to find the correct one.

We were happy with this unit and would stay here again!

Loved this corner unit with views in both directions. This was a well stocked condo too (plenty of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, you name it (probably the best stocked condo we have rented). The leather couch is sooo comfy. I laid down for a minute the day we arrived (long travel day) and lol promptly feel asleep. We have a party of six and this met our needs well. I loved the location (out of town, but super close to town).

This unit was well equipped in the kitchen as well as throughout the unit. It would have been nice to have 6 chairs around the dining table as well as one chair in the family room for guests to sit.

We had a great stay at this unit--was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was clean, comfortable and had all amenities we needed during our trip. Great communication from rental company. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Nice rental, well furnished, close to town and National Parks. Overall the unit appeared clean, but there were some areas that could have used more attention. Garage definitely a plus! We encountered some difficulty maneuvering in & out of the garage due to excessive vehicles at the surrounding units.

We've been renting Rim Vista condos for the past 8+ years, and this one didn't disappoint; we'll be renting it again for next year! It is well furnished- but not too much and/or cluttered. The kitchen is complete, however, it could use a metal spatula (for the BBQ), more mixing bowls, and measuring cups! Overall, we have no complaints or concerns and plan to reserve it again.

There was plenty of room, comfortable beds, and tasteful decor, all in a convenient location.

Condo was ideally situated just outside of town. Big enough and very comfortable for 4 adults. Very quiet location. The condo was not the cleanest that we have stayed in. Ripped sheet on master bed, sticky kitchen floor, dirty, rusty grill on barbecue and damp towels in closet.

Gorgeous location, impeccable amenities, prompt replies from owner. This rental was the perfect place for us to call “home” amidst hiking and exploring Moab. We’ve already recommended it to our friends, and would happily stay here again!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and it was so nice to have the big tv, fireplace, and comfy couches t watch movies on at night after playing all day.

Place was clean and well furnished. We stayed as a group of friends riding motorcycles. Accommodations were well depicted in the description and we especially enjoyed the comfortable mattresses and the hot tub after a long day of riding. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had two couples and a 21 year old son stay in May 2020. The condo is nicely furnished and well equipped. There are some minor maintenance issues (toilets running, loose overhead vent, rusty grill) but overall this was a nice place with vaulted ceilings that help with the overall feel.

We had a group of 6 adults and this was the perfect stay- soooo much room and everything we could possibly need. It was absolutely sparkling clean and beds were Super Comfy! Would stay again. Very convenient to everything.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy following the instructions provided. The house was exactly as described with plenty of room for six adults to stay comfortably. Having the use of the garage to park our car was a nice feature. Our only problem was we were unable to get the TV to work .

We had a great time in Moab, UT! Having a place to stay that allowed us that was so conveinently close to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks was perfect! Quick drive to each. The unit was extremely clean, well kept and plenty of space for 4-6 guests. We had more room than we needed with only 2.

This condo was really nice for 3 couples. The only thing that we had a problem with is no street lighting or very dim outside lighting by the condo. Also, I would suggest updating the coffee pot with a Keurig but that's just me! Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Moab

This home is very close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The furnishings were very comfortable although there were only 5 kitchen chairs for a 6 person table. They provided excellent kitchen appliances and cookware, beach towels for the pool and even laundry detergent. We cooked every day which allowed us to save money and time on eating out. We were also able to use the garage which was great in the heat. I would rent this home again for sure!

this rental was in pristine condition with everything you need to stay in or go out if you like. enjoyed having pool access. amazing to be able to look out almost any window and see the views. quality linens/furniture, etc. we would come back in a heartbeat..

Travelled to Moab to visit Arches National Park.

This is a great option for a Moab getaway. Very spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked and big! The washing machine was full of visible mold and smelled horrible, so we were able to use it. That tends to happen with front loaders. We even bought washing machine cleaner but it didn’t help much. There were also some dirty wash cloths left in the closet when we arrived but other than that it was great.

Our stay at this condo was SO much better than the previous several days at a time share! It was quiet, private, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location near the national parks with beautiful views of mountains and red Rock cliffs. We wish we had stayed here more than 2 days! Nicole, the property manager, we very helpful with choosing which unit best suited our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a comfortable condo. Plenty of room and everything thing worked. It was a quick drive to town. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day on our mountain bikes. I would stay here again.

98% great. lots of dishes and pans, etc, gas grill worked great. beds were great. location and views were great. close to pool. only small issues were only 5 chairs at dining table and coffee maker was very slow (probably needs good vinegar cleaning or replacement)

The house was perfect for us but it was not the house we rented. The description said three bedrooms, 2 queens, 1 king, slept 6. VRBO property ID was 858615. We were four women, so we brought an inflatable mattress to accommodate one of us. Imagine our surprise when we found one bedroom had two twin beds. So, it worked well for us but I can imagine that three married couples would have been a bit upset. Need to fix this problem. Otherwise, great rental and I certainly would rent it again.

Spacious townhouse just outside of MoAB (nicely beyond the chaos/very quiet and relaxed atmosphere). Beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked with every need for cooking. Beds and bedding are comfortable. The unit felt "like home", was exactly as described, and instructions for arrival and accessing the home were clear and complete. I would stay here again without hesitation if I returned to Moab; we were completely satisfied.

Great location so close to national parks, restaurants, shopping.. The house layout provides plenty of room to spread out and has all of the amenities you can need. Sunrise views right outside the front door. The stars at night are unbelievable! Easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Moab.

The vacation rental in Moab was as advertised. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. You were about 5 miles outside of Moab which we liked. The condo area was quiet and dark at night as there is a lights out policy. We did not use the pool so can't comment on it. The only issue we had was the washer had a mildew smell from others not leaving the door open on it after doing their laundry. The staff responded quickly and brought a tablet to run through the washer to help with the smell.

This condo made the trip. Clean and conveniently located to everything. It was very comfortable for our family of 4.

My wife and I visited with our 4 kids and the townhome was perfect for our needs. It gave us the space to spread out and was clean and well kept. We used the pool one day and it was very nice and we were the only one there. Certainly I wish it was slightly closer to town, but it isn't too far and I would consider staying there again if I have the chance.

Nicole was the point of contact, extremely helpful and responded to my emails promptly. The property is a bit further away from town than expected (compared to when I was looking at the map) but manageable and got used to it after a couple trips out. It's also in great condition. A hint for property owner/manager and travellers, the front loader machine needs to leave door open and dried to avoid smell, a common issue for this washer type.

House was as described. Our stay was great and was exactly as we expected.

Makenna's Gold was a wonderful experience. Its location was perfect for visiting both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It was clean, well stocked, new appliances, plenty of dishes, glasses, cups etc. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, toiletries etc. Great experience overall! Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area!!

We stayed at the condo for 3 nights on May 2018. The condo is clean and nice. The master bed was comfortable and the kichen had everything we needed for the short stay even some detergent for a washing machine.

The area is being newly developed so there were some construction but it did not bother us that much. The first day we arrived, there were stacks of ATVs on the street but they were moved on the following day. It was a nice place to call home while away from home. Only downside was the distance from downtown and a grocery store.

We had three generations staying here while we explored Moab, Arches N.P., and Canyonlands N.P. The home was clean and well-maintained. Had everything we needed. Beauitful views. The kids enjoyed the community pool and little playground. We really liked Back of Beyond Books and the quesadilla truck in Moab.

We had a great time and the place was very nice. It is located outside of town so it was quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space. I would recommend this location.

Our family stayed in this rental in Moab for 3 nights and it was perfect for our family. The only issue is the previous guests had not cleaned a pan and a gross greasy pan was sitting in one of the drawers and there was a curtain rod in one of the upstairs bedroom that was broken. But the place was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Right size for our family of four. Fireplace was nice on the cold nights. Turns on with the flip of a switch. We parked in the garage which was very nice. Although the property is ~5 miles outside of town, we found that it was still convenient and we were not in the midst of the town activity. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. There aren't any kids' games at the place, so we ended up buying a deck of Uno cards. I talked to the property manager about a few things that needed to be replaced for the next guest and she offered to come while we were there. That wasn't needed as the things were small (light bulb in bathroom, garage door opener battery). Overall, easy to work with. We would recommend this place and come back again next time we're in Moab.

This place is awesome,well maintained ,had everything we needed. Television in each room our kids enjoyed a lot only regret is we should not have planned this trip in winter.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 3 nights to celebrate my Aunt's 105 birthday. 7 of her nieces and nephews from 3 different states stayed here. The condo was roomy enough for all of us, and was beautiful, comfortable, and in a lovely setting. Man's mountains were right outside the huge windows. Close to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the setting. Great kitchen and dining room!

The unit was lovely and space great! My one big complaint was hat the pool was closed! The weather was hot and the booking read if the temps are good the pool is open though Oct. my kids were super bummed!!
My only other suggestion is to have a few more supplies stocked. There was no laundry detergent, not enough trash bags and such.

We come to Moab at least once a year. The condo was spacious, clean and inviting. We would stay again. Everything we needed!
