This townhouse is spacious and nice and an easy drive to get to Arches and Canyonlands. I wasn’t expecting how close it was to the other houses though and be aware there is no privacy at all. It worked for us since we were gone all day, but be aware you cannot have any blinds open if you value some privacy. Overall a nice stay, plenty of room and comfortable.

Very close to Moab. Extremely well takes care of interior. No issues. Pool was great as well.

We loved our stay at 11A5! It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials like bath towels, blankets and dish cloths. We cooked full meals, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The decor reflected the beauty and adventure of Moab. We had fun playing pickle ball on the court and relaxing in the hot tub.

Loved the unit! Extremely clean, very well stocked with everything you can imagine - kitchen basics, toiletries, pillows etc. Maybe more coffee/tea mugs would be nice as we ran out of them in the first day of stay and had to wash them the next.

We loved the condo! It had everything we needed and the management was very responsive. Pros: it's close to the pool, clean, well stocked, huge garage, TVs in every room and the a/c worked like a charm. Cons: It is a bit out of town and the patio gets so much sun during the day that we really weren't able to BBQ or sit there in the afternoon/early evening.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The townhouse was very clean, nice decor, kitchen was very well stocked, beds and pillows were very comfy, easy access to the town of Moab. The staff communicated timely and well. Thanks for a great stay.

The town house was very clean and net. Complete equipped with everything you needed. We loved that there was a tv in every room !!!! And ceiling fans in every room!!!

We were so pleased with the location and all that this VRBo offered. A fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, plenty of toilet paper and laundry soap. It was just perfect! The pool was so fun in the middle of hot days. I also took note of how clean the place was! It is kept tip top shape and felt like a new home in many ways! We could not have desired more!

This townhome is gorgeous, clean, spacious, well equipped, and has a great local flair. Very close to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, and Dead Horse state park. Just outside of town, way access to dining, attractions, etc. Owner left a local guidebook and flyers. Nice pool area. 100% would stay again when in the area.

Very clean, well maintained condo. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes which was convenient as we did a lot of cooking. Parking around the complex a bit tight with all of the trailers everywhere. Loved our stay will definitely stay again.

After staying in vacation properties all over the world we had hesitation about staying in a condo. This was a pleasant surprise. Quiet. clean, comfortable and well prepared for a traveler. We would stay here again on a trip to Moab. A place that is hassle free is necessary after hard outdoor days in The Rocks...this is the place to recover.

We took our son, his wife, 2 elementary age children, & an adult daughter to moab for Thanksgiving. We spent four nights in this condo in Rim Vista. We have spent time in other units in this area & this one has been the best. It was very well furnished. The grandsons were so excited to have their own tv in the loft. My son and I recently stayed in Moab for the MOAB 240 mile endurance run. This property was outstanding. There was excellent communication with the manager before and during the stay. The kitchen was very well-stocked with every utensil amenity required for cooking. The property also had portable chairs available that could be used outside the home. I had to work virtually during the stay the WIFI in the unit was excellent. The property was clean and the description was accurate. The property was about 6 miles south of the town itself which was fine for us. We preferred this quite area to the busy, noisy town of Moab. There was no traffic and it was easy to go shopping when necessary. The area was not crowded during our stay and the unit was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again and we recommend this property to others.

This condo was perfect for our recent Moab stay. It was big enough for our large family and we loved the extra space in the loft! It's located just south of town, but a short drive to everywhere. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed as a family with 3 teenagers in a 3 bedroom house for 3 days. The house was very confortable, clean and well-equiped. The swimming-pool was very pleasant after a day of visiting the parks around Moab. We had a great stay.

The place was clean and well maintained, the distance from Arches National Park and surrounding areas was perfect. We enjoyed the place and will be back again.

We really enjoyed this property. It had all the amenities we were looking for and then some. The master bedroom and bath was large and spacious. A very comfortable bed and nice sheets. Cable and smart TVs throughout the house. Modern fully stocked kitchen. Thoughtfully stocked pantry items were an unexpected bonus. The pool and hot tub were great also. A very short drive to downtown Moab and Arches. This place is exactly what you want in a vacation rental. I would definitely want to rent this place again.

Second year staying at one of these properties and I'll be back again for sure. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Hot tub and pool(s) are great after a long day on the trail. The Condo is full of everything you could need and is a pleasure to be in.

Arrived late Thursday, no problem getting into the condo. Place was very clean, tastefully appointed and stocked. Ample room for three couples. Having a garage was nice. Five minutes south of town.

Imagine a brand new, fully furnished executive townhouse just south of Moab at great price; managed by a responsive and professional company - that's this property from Nicole at Makenna's Gold Rentals.

We've stayed in the Rim Vista/Village area six times in the last three years using a couple of other companies. While we did not have any bad experiences, this group and property were over-the-top in comparison. The property was very well set-up with kitchen utensils, cookware and small appliances; games, fans, recycling bins; laundry facilities, bathroom amenities, and frankly, the most comfortable beds we've ever found in a rental.

Bottom-line is that this is now my go-to group for our twice a year trek to Moab.

My only caution is for those of you who are bringing trucks, trailers and toy-haulers. The property has plenty of parking and is located off a large cul-de-sac, but your pick-up and flatbed rig is a little too big to fit comfortably on Red Valley Circle. The main street (Meador) is just around the corner and has plenty of room for RV's, trucks, and trailers. We easily pulled into the cul-de-sac to offload coolers and bags and parked around the corner for the night.

Everything was very nice. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could want. Pots and pans, spices. We enjoyed are stay and would stay here again.

As a frequent visitor to Moab for over 50 years we have seen a lot of change and stayed in a lot of places. We have settled on the condos in this area for the past several years due to the location and good management of the properties. This unit is relatively new and was in excellent condition upun arrival. the unit was clean and the manager was gratious enough to allow an early arrival by a couple of hours since the cleaning staff had already finished at the location. The only issue of note is that the garage GFI tripped several times during the week as it rained most of the week. This disabled the garage door until it was reset and it was, in fact, tripped upon arrival. It's a minor inconvenience but one should be sure to take a key as well as an opener remote or risk being locked out. If building codes allow, consideration should be given to modifying this.
Otherwise, this is a great location being quiet and away from the crowds and traffic in town while only a short drive to shopping and restaurants in town. This management group will be at the top of the list when choosing a location for a future visit to Moab.

This is a new home with all the amenities you’d want. Three bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, a smallish kitchen, nice living room and loft. Multiple flat screen TVs, washer dryer and 2-car garage. Recycling in garage is a nice touch. Having to drive all over the compound to discard trash at the end of the stay was a bit of a hassle.

2nd stay with McKenna's Gold. I really enjoy these condos. It feels like home. The place wasn't as clean as I would have expected. I purchased SOS pads and spent quite a bit of time cleaning the pans. I also had to clean hair out from inside the bathroom drawers before putting my items in. Nicole is very friendly and helpful. We will stay at these condos in the future!
