Beautiful home and perfect location. Kitchen was well stocked and all the small details were covered. Easy check in and check out. Really enjoyed our stay.

This location was great and the amenities were some of the best we’ve had. We make this trip annually and have been for about 20 years. There was a smell when we got to the location like drain needs to be cleaned or checked. The upstairs bathtub needs to be snaked it drained slow. All the vents and air ducts need to be cleaned as well. We selected this place due to the awesome cost and no pets since my husband is highly allergic, but he still struggled here and I believe it was do to not having the location deep cleaned. The host was very attentive and responsive which was amazing! Also the amenities are more than you could need for a weekend.

Condo is clean, well supplied, with responsive management. Two things would make this even better, 1. The Fridge/Freezer was turned off, I had to wait before transferring the items our of my ice chest.
2. After a long day of riding, I want to shower, eat and then enjoy the pool and especially the hot tub. Extended hours would make this much more relaxing.

Very well located for our needs and was able to fit everybody in our group

Visited Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. Remember, you need to reserve entry for Arches! Lots of hiking. Was able to find everything we needed and really appreciated the extras...the two year old in our group loved the toys he found in the loft area.

Everything was spotless and well organized. Very comfortable and easy access. The garage was greatly appreciated due to the August sun and heat.

My family loved everything about this rental! The kitchen was fully stocked. Each bedroom was nicely decorated, and my youngest loved the toys and games available.

This was stop 10 on our 2 week national parks tour with another family. When we arrived all the kids and adults felt the same way “home away from home”. The place is beautiful, clean, spacious, and the pics of the exterior don’t do the views justice. The owner was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here on your visit to Moab!

The condo was fabulous. Very well appointed as if the owner was staying there with friends. So comfortable, beautiful views of the La Salle mountains, close to downtown. Very nice complex overall.

this townhome is beautiful inside and out, is full of just about anything and everything that you will need to make great food, great memories and make you want to comeback! The location is great and near a bunch of SXS trails, close to town, and most importantly made us feel right at home.

Place was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen stocked with everything you could want!! Close to everything☺️ We stayed for 2 weeks did run out of the basics, eg: garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap. Not huge but a bit of an inconvenience.

What a fantastic townhome and close to the pool and a great view of the mountains. We loved our stay at this property and the property management company was very helpful and courteous.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment was clean. There is a fantastic view and the community pool and hot tub is right outside the front door.

This is an excellent choice for your stay in Moab. Access to all that Moab has to offer is a quick drive away. We spent most of our time at Arches and Canyonlands which are both a quick and easy drive. We stumbled across Hauer Ranch, Moab Horses and took a horse ride along the Colorado River and Fisher Towers - would highly suggest this activity! All in all, the townhouse is very clean, well organized and has excellent access to Moab.

It was good except for master bed literally fell apart when I sat on it. Had to fix best I could to sleep for the next 7 days. Maintenance man did come see it but did not fix while our stay.

Dining room chairs have no padding left, very uncomfortable. Same with patio chairs. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of pans and utensils for cooking along with basic spices.

Well equipped kitchen. Condo is comfortable and mere feet from the pool. Nice 2 car garage. Nice gas grill. Finding the condo the first time is a bit of a challenge.

The location of the rental was very convenient for our trip! The open kitchen and patio out front made meals after a day on the trails fun and enjoyable. Great rental/1

overall i was very satisfied with my rental, and rental experience. The description of the house did not state that there was no driveway, even though the angle of the picture makes it appear there is one. Parking was not an issue as it wasnt a busy/crowded neighbor hood, however i was expecting to park in the driveway, as we had all our big toys in the garage. With SO MANY rentals to choose from, i think its fradulent to eliminate this fact, and show a picture of the front that looks like there is a driveway...

This rental was perfect for our stay. It was lovely, clean and had plenty of room for our whole family. It wasn’t too far out of downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend it!

We had a great place to stay in Moab which gave us easy access to all our activities. The condo was a clean,comfortable place to come back to so we could relax and get ready for the next day. Everything was top shelf.

The rental was perfect. We had a week of hiking, golfing and shopping. The rental was centrally located to all we wanted to do and was week maintained. All amenities we as described. We will definitely use this condo again when we come out west from Florida. Only thin is the Name of the street you turn on into condo complex was prickly pear lane not circle.

Everything about this condo was perfect...plenty of room for everyone. The location was close enough to all Moab has to offer, yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. The entire reservation process was flawless from start to finish. It was absolutely perfect. Thank-you for sharing your home.

This is a new, well stocked, well furnished, well located property with well maintained pools (two plus hot tub). And the whole rental experience (web based rental and communication) was a breeze. I can only give this rental experience my unqualified endorsement.

Arrived at this beautiful home and everything was neat and clean! About 5 minutes out of the downtown main area of Moab! We loved that the 2 pools and hot tub area were right across the street! Only recommendation would be to get some new hand towels, washcloths, and regular towels, they all were mismatched/worn and noticed that quite a few had bleach stains on them! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Arches Natuonal Park is just minutes away, close to Canyonlands and some other beautiful sites. Moab center is only a five minute drive.
The house offers anything you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen.
Pool is just across the streets, great for children

The house was very nice and comfortable. We had a minor confusion about the lockbox location, but it just took a minute and it all worked out. It would've been nice if the neighborhood lights would've been turned off to better view the night sky. Overall, the experience was very, very good!

Nice neighborhood with pool and hot tub. I think most of the rentals in this neighborhood are similar. 5 minutes from downtown.

I love to stay in Westport Wa .It is a small place and i have been come up once a year to see family..

This was a perfect setup for my husband and two adult daughters. The townhome was as decribed with plenty of room. It was just a short distance outside of Moab so it was very convenient!

It was an amazing place to stay with ample towels, instructions of stay, kitchen appliances, coffee maker, pots and pans etc. Good temperature controls, TV's worked well and pool was a great place to cool down. Nice and clean.

This was a beautiful and well-kept condo and provided a wonderful stay for our family. Plenty of space for everyone, and a well-stocked kitchen.

We where looking to get away in the off season with some frinds and family. If your looking for a relaxing time and still want to be able to do some exploring this is the place to be. The house it self could not be any better, it’s spotless and had everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked for a variety of cooking. The loft area is great for kids and getting out of the way a little. The master bedroom is huge with private bathroom. And still only a 15 minute drive to arches. It really is the perfect place for a group of 8. Will be coming back for sure.

Great location! Try to get there when it is still light due to the weird setup of the property. It was very quiet, very clean, and we would stay there again.

The unit was clean, well kept. Lots of light, and nice to be on the corner with the privacy and open feel. One major problem - replace all the pots and pans and the non-stick plug-in skillet. They are very old and worn. Inexpensive item to replace, but would make the unit more "classy". All kitchen items should be reviewed for being worn out and then replaced.

We were so impressed by the home and the management company. This property is the perfect place to stay with your family to enjoy a great getaway. It had everything we needed! Plus, it was located near the pool and the park so our kids could play. We will definitely stay here if we are in Moab again.

We really enjoyed our stay at McKenna’s Gold Rentals. The unit was very clean and the pictures were accurate. Access to Moab and the surrounding area was super easy. We will plan on staying here again. Our only request would be to change out the tan sheets in the upstairs bedroom which ere very very rough.

We really loved our stay in this condo! Great location...awesome views. We loved the pool. It was right across the street and very convenient. The condo was perfect for our arches/canyonlands adeventure! We liked being a little out of town because it's quiet and you can see plenty of stars!

We had a great stay at this townhouse, close to everything Moab offers. The only issue was that it’s so new that the road does not appear on Google maps. It took a little time to figure out where the place was.

This condo fit 5 adults, a teenager and two kids very well. It was squeaky clean and across the street from the pool! All major and minor details were accounted for. No complaints and enjoyed Moab 110%

We had a great experience. It worked perfectly for my husband and I along with our three (almost grown) sons. Each bedroom/loft offered privacy for each and their own TV which was nice after long days of "togetherness." The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked great. We did have a small issue with the town house and the management fixed it immediately. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood and amazingly clean. We were impressed with the beach towels and laundry pods that were available. Coffee pods too! We would have enjoyed a small cooler for our hikes and because we flew in we didn't have one available. We bought a small Styrofoam one (and left it), but one with a handle would have been the perfect touch. Just a warning about the garage....we rented a minivan and it scraped coming into and out of the garage every single time. Parking outside of the garage wasn't an option, so if you have a low riding vehicle that may be something to consider. All in all, an excellent experience and I highly recommend this property.

We loved this condo!! Perfect location...not too far from town but nice and quiet. Pool was right outside this unit and was very clean. Checking in/out was easy with the App. Had enough space for my family of 4 and my brother-in-laws family of 4. Loved having a garage and the A/C worked like a charm!

We had a great time staying here for three nights. The condo was well kept and close to the pool and other attractions. It was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains and stars. Check in and check out was easy and we were able to use the 2 car garage for parking. We spent one day in Arches NP and did some other local hikes. One to the watering hole. Enjoyed a nice dinner at the brewery and the shopping was good for souvenirs and food to cook in the well stocked kitchen. All the features of home. Customer service was great and we had everything we needed to make the stay no problem. We will for sure be coming back to 10A1 for another visit. Maybe Canyonlands or four wheeling next time or both:).

The accommodation were excellent! Very roomy, warm and clean. The family loved it! Third year renting in this townhouse community a short drive from Moab Main Street. Never had a bad experience.
