This newly furnished private condo is the perfect home base for your Moab adventures. Designed with comfort, convenience, and style in mind. Upstairs are two private king suites, each with its own private bathroom. Downstairs is an open living area, dining area, full kitchen, and half bathroom. The washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hallways. Outside, you'll find two private patios, one at the front of the townhome with seating to admire the views and one at the back of the townhome with a gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating.

The townhome is 15 minutes from Arches National Park, 45 minutes from Canyonlands and Deadhorse State Park, and only 10 minutes to downtown Moab.

Located near Highway 191, you'll enjoy easy access to local parks, trails, and dining. While this prime location offers great convenience, please note that some road noise can be heard from the unit. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to sound, we recommend bringing earplugs or using a white noise or fan app on your mobile device for a more restful experience.

Parking
Two free parking spaces are available outside the townhome. Overflow parking for extra vehicles, RVs, trailers, etc., is located on Meador Drive.

Guest Access & Support
Enjoy full use of the entire condo, both patios, and all community amenities. While no one lives onsite full-time, our 24/7 Superhost support ensures you’ll always be taken care of and is often walking the complex grounds, preparing other units for incoming guests.

In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open if weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
