Steps Away from Pool, Private Patio and Views

Overall excellent property, facilities, location, and furnishings. It was very clean except the kitchen counter which had a residue of some spilled food, and the couch which had a lot of dried crumbs on it. Both of these were a bit of a detraction from the otherwise excellent qualities of the property. Neither the counter nor the couch issues were easily visible, but they were very obvious if you ran your hand over them.

Great place to stay. The host was very informative and helpful. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

This place was a wonderful oasis after of day of hiking in the parks. We had plenty of room to spread out, comfortable furniture to relax in, and all of the kitchen items we needed to make some meals. Garage and washer/dryer were also huge plusses. I would highly recommend this townhome to others!

We loved our stay at this location. Great access to national parks-- where we spent most of our days hiking. The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook for our family. I loved seeing the red rock views from the picture windows.

I also appreciated the responsiveness of the property management group. When we arrived at the property, a smoke alarm was chirping-- I called the manager and a repair person arrived within 30 minutes to replace the chirping smoke alarm battery. While there, the repair person replaced all the other smoke alarm batteries, saying, there is nothing worse than waking up at 2am to chirping smoke detectors. That service was wonderful!!!

Loved our stay at this property in Moab. Perfect location and very roomy for the 4 of us. The pictures don’t sow the amount of space inside. Very quiet too. There were a few things that needed some attention, the dining room chairs needed to be tightened up as a few were quite wiggly. Master bedroom doorknob about to fall off. Some squeaky doors too. Overall a great place and predated location.

Management company was excellent. It was a beautiful townhouse. Wish we had spent the week there. The fire alarm in the bedroom was pulled out. Not sure if it was needed, but unaesthetic. Shower curtain had mildew. Other than that we loved it. I would definitely rent the property again. A little pricey, but the cleaning fee is added and we spent only 2 days so would have been more reasonable for a week stay.

The townhouse was a perfect way to enjoy Moab, but have our own comfortable retreat to stay at. Everyone had their own room.

Perfect location for our Moab trip. The community was quiet and really nice. Getting to the unit is a little strange at first. But follow the directions given by the company and it’s not hard. The house was clean and we loved having the garage to park and keep our bikes in. My only suggestion is that the cleaning crew should check under the sofa cushions. We found someone’s popcorn and m&m’s while checking to see if it was a sleeper sofa. On second thought, maybe folks should clean up after themselves if they spill snacks.
We’d definitely stay here again and rent from McKenna’s!!

We were pleased to find the property in a very clean condition (which was a huge concern of ours). It was roomy and very comfortable for our family of 5. The location was perfect to use as base for Arches and Canyonlands, and close to Moab's supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Everything was great, no complaints. Plenty of room, clean, fully stocked kitchen, big 2 car garage, surrounded by amazing views, close to town and stores. Can’t wait to go back.

The condo was modern, clean, comfortable and supplied with all necessary items. Loved having a garage. Bed was extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a welcome relief after a hot and tiring day. Due to COVID-19 we cooked all our meals and took advantage of the gas grill on our balcony. The condo is ten minutes south of town and very quiet at night. The only negative was the road construction on the north end of town which lead to 30 to 50 minute delays returning from excursions to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. 5

For about the cost of a hotel room, we got a comfortable condo with 3 rooms that slept our family of 6.

Big garage, living room open through the dining and kitchen. Plenty of utensils, dishes and cookware. Things like spices, vegetable oil, were present and very welcome.

Laundry with soap also there, so we didn't have to pack so heavily.

Upper balcony provided a little getaway in the evenings from the kiddos.
Grill also available.

Kids liked the condo as much as the whole trip.

Two pools and a hot tub just 100' away.

We enjoyed the stay so much, we actually added a day to our stay.

Great place, good location

Great stay in this spacious and comfortable rental. Short distance from town with easy access to the parks. Appreciated having private parking, laundry access, and space for our family to spread out at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and the unit was nicely equipped. Happy to recommend!

Great place for your stay in Moab. Good communication from management company, super clean and comfortable, with all that you could need in the kitchen. And should you find yourselves indoors...the TV comes with everything you could want to keep you busy. We will be back.

Home away from home! My entire family loves our stay. The beds were super comfortable and clean! The entire home was appointed expertly and left us wanting for nothing. Highly recommend to anyone, all you need is a change of clothes and some food, Makenna’s Gold provides the rest!

Nicole and Lacey do a great job coordinating eveyrhing and are quick to help and answer any questions you may have. The condos are modern and very nice! Garage access is a must for us as we come with dirt bikes. These condos have spacious 2 car garages! A+ experience!!!

Our family of 4 stayed at Makenna's Gold for a long weekend to explore Moab before the kids returned to college. Property was excellent, very clean with plenty of room. The housing addition was newer and had wonderful amenities (pools and such). It was easy access to Moab and the surrounding National Parks.

Wonderfully maintained condo in a perfect location. Easy to access both Canyonlands and Arches. Condo was very well equipped . Plenty of space for all and very comfortable after days hiking.

Absolutely meticulous (from the garage to all the rooms in the house), beautiful views from both decks and windows, and was one of the closest units to the pool, which was lovely. Easy check in/check out. Nice sized bedrooms, large master bedroom with spacious master bathroom. Kitchen had all the essentials. Everything you would want in a rental and more. It's about a 8 min drive into the center of town. We would definitely recommend this townhouse to friends/family and would stay here again the next time we are in Moab.

We had 3 adults and 3 kids. It was a great location to visit both Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels. A pool is always a plus when we travel. This site had everything we needed.

The condo was well equipped with comfortable and attractive furnishings. Try to arrive before dark if possible as it’s difficult to navigate through the complex and find your unit after dark!

The condo was clean and updated. Only 5 miles from town. It was great for our family of 6 and beautiful views of the mountains out all windows. Only suggestion would be much better directions to find it amongst all the other condos that look the same. The map was not readable on my phone once we got there, so written directions would have really helped. (new condo not yet in gps, so help from rental company was necessary and provided beforehand, but was difficult to understand.) Hot tub and 2 pools outdoors were very nice and close, but one night was closed (due to a bit of rain?? not sure) and hot tub bubbler was not working.

We enjoyed four nights at this condo and appreciated the spacious, modern and clean accommodations. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and this was a perfect base for our Moab stay. The condo is about 10 minutes south of Central Moab. From the front porch you have beautiful views of the valley. We would definitely stay here again!

The rental was clean and in excellent repair, with comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. So nice to have a garage and laundry in the unit. The development was very quiet and family-friendly. My only negative comment is that the windows in the bedroom do not have any light-blocking shades. There were privacy coverings but by 7am the rooms were full of light and everyone woke up early. Would definitely recommend the owners invest in window coverings that darken the bedrooms.

We had a great time in Moab and the house was perfect for my family of 4 plus 2 friends.

We loved this property. There were six of us including two teenagers and the accommodation handled us perfectly. Very well and thoughtfully laid out...good quality and tasteful furnishings and exceptionally clean and new. Loved the location just south of Moab for quietness and to be just outside the bustle of Moab which even in October can seem busy. We used the hot tub/pool area which was super close and really nice, even in the rain! If we were ever back in this area, I would come back in a heartbeat. We hiked at Arches although the weather was not cooperative for tons of hiking. Wandered around Moab, a very cute town. Recommend Miguel’s Restaurant for good Mexican food,

Came out to Utah from Chicago area for my niece’s wedding. This was my first time here. We had a great time in Moab taking on some of the toughest hiking trails then retreating back to our VRBO rental just South of Moab. The ammenties were remarkable in this new 3 bedroom townhome. It’s hard to believe that we could get this place for less than the cost of a hotel but we did. Nicole was the perfect host to make our stay even better.

It was a very good stay. Close to town in a scenic location. Used Pool and Hot Tub which was welcome after a hot active day.

This place was great. Its brand new and was immaculate. Everything you could possibly need was there. Great views and great location close to the parks.

We had a great experience. Close to the highway for heading any direction to hit the trails. The condo was awesome!! Everything had its place and all we did was show up and feel right at home. I will come back later this year and next year and will be looking forward to staying here again!!

This townhome was very nice. Newer construction thats fairly close to town. Not within walking distance though. It has a 2 car garage with laundry facilities onsite (if needed). There were several beach towels for the pool, a nice pool and sports court, and several nice big fields right around the complex. The house was fully stocked with extra blankets, pillows, bath towels, bed linens, and kitchen appliances. Overall very happy with our stay, wed definitely rent again!!

This house was in immaculate condition and was exactly as described. It was roomy and slept 6 adults comfortably, was at a convenient location, had a fully stocked kitchen, and had tons of storage in the garage for any recreation vehicles/equipment you might need to bring and tons of closet space for clothes! Plus it had a super easy and convenient check In /check out process. We will definitely be back each time we come to Moab!
