We had a great time here. The place was clean and the location is great. We had an issue with the hot tub and they took care of it within hours. Would reccomend.

The house was very clean and organized. It felt like home. The hot tub was wonderful after busy days out sightseeing. Being walking distance to downtown for meals was great.

Had a wonderful time at this clean comfortable home. Close to downtown and convenient to parks. More spacious than photos show. Lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We couldn't be happier.

We were two couples in our 60's. This rental was a great location right in Moab. We visited Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and Deadhorse State Park for day trips. There are lots of shops and restaurants to chose from.
Our house was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils including BBQ tools. It was a bonus to be able to park in the garage. The hot tub was clean and roomy for 4 and the view from the back yard was beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the back patio after a day of hiking.
On a Sunday night 30 minutes before an anticipated football game was going to start, we couldn't connect to the local cable service. I called Christina and she was at our door in 30 minutes and sorted through the confusing array of remote controls and the guys didn't miss one minute of the game!! Now, that's great service!!

This is the third time we have rented this property. It's fantastic -- clean, comfortable, centrally located. Nicole is super responsive. Perfect!

Looking for a place to stage hikes to Arches and Canyonland, with opportunity to chill. Perfect for our 4 adults. All the amenities were there, just two blocks from downtown Moab. Spacious and comfortable. Hot tub was nice add after a long hike. If we return will definitely rebook.

This rental was very nice and clean. Real close to downtown and the national park. The property is very private and quiet .I would stay here again.

A very nice and quiet rental. The unit was walking distance to some of the downtown areas. The views from the home were also very nice. There were lots of dishes for cooking but nothing extra in the kitchen so be ready to go to the grocery store for things like spices, cooking oil, etc. We will be staying here again when we get the chance.

Fantastic property. We had a great stay. Excellent communications with the owner, the property was clean and matched the pictures perfectly. This was our second time to Moab. This time we hiked Arches and rented Jeeps and drove on some of the most scenic trails I've ever seen. We'll be back for the White Rim Trail.

The home was well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. We were able to prepare all of our meals there which was great. There is no pantry or place to put food so we used our storage totes and just stacked it in them out of the way. No ice maker. Only thing that made it less than desirable was the pillows. We should have brought our own, I don’t know why we didn’t actually because we normally do and apparently we are pillow snobs, but these pillows were about as cheap as could be. The pool was open and new. Big hot tub. We would stay here again.

Loved the rooms and the kitchen was great to prepare meals at the house. Stayed here for the trail run and would come back again if we do it again next year. We knew the pool/hot tub were closed beforehand but I wish we would have known about access to the neighboring HOA hot tub as we would have brought swimsuits. Property management very responsive and helpful.

What a beautiful home! The location was perfect and allowed us to pivot out of it for 6 nights going to the National Parks. We loved eating outside with the beautiful scenery. After a long day hiking, the hot tub was so nice. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, garage and washer/dryer were a plus, and living room very comfortable for our group of 4. Only comments are: kitchen needs some hot pads; would be nice to have additional hangers in closets and dirty greasy pan was left in oven. But these are all minor! Overall it was a wonderful house. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again!

We had another amazing stay! This was our third time at the property, and it never disappoints. Clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. The host is friendly and responsive. We loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the views. Highly recommended for perfect getaway.

Very clean 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo on the outskirts of Moab. Fully stocked kitchen, good size living area. Perfect for a long stay or short weekend get away. Would definitely stay here again.

Townhouse was awesome and pooland hot tub was a plus! The air conditioning unit was very noisy and couch was uncomfortable after a fullday of hiking! Otherwise townhouse was great

This condo was definitely in the top 3 airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The beds are comfortable, both bedrooms have a bathroom, the kitchen is fully stocked. the patio in the back is private and it is quiet. We had a very restful stay while exploring Moab.

We had a great stay here. The home is exceptionally well equipped and stocked with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Super comfortable beds and pillows and spacious living areas. It’s a very peaceful location just on the edge of town. Easy check in and easy to find with the directions provided. We loved how everything is provided so that we didn’t have to shop for household items like detergent etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to Moab. This condo was perfect for us. We are a retired couple. This condo would be a great set-up for two couples as the upstairs bedrooms were both master suites with separate bathrooms. We liked being a bit out of the center of town. Moab is a very busy little city. This condo is 5 miles south of town in a quiet area. We had easy access to Arches and Canyonlands. Having the washer/dryer in unit was a bonus after long days of hiking. The only negative was the air conditioning unit was very loud making it difficult to hear the tv while sitting in the living room. We're old. We just went upstairs and watched tv in the bedroom. The swimming pool could use more lounge chairs/pool chairs and shade. Great stay.

Place was overall clean. The kitchen had a few ants on the floor which I reached out to Nicole, the property manager and she said that’s what happens in the spring. I tried being diligent about food droppings by vacuuming and moping which definitely helped. Would have been more helpful if they had a better working vacuum. Nicole did offer to spray but with a crawling baby in the house, I didn’t think that was a great option. Aside from the ants, it was clean. Had basic kitchen supplies and spices.

A very clean and cute rental. Everything you would need to prepare meals and to be comfortable. Close enough to town but also out of the busyness and traffic. Community hot tub was nice.

It was very clean and well furnished. Quiet for sleeping and nice location to our fun adventures. Air conditioner was noisy in the downstairs only. We would turn it down a few degrees and it would stop, but still stayed cool.

I would highly recommend this home. It was immaculate and the company is very quick to answer questions. There is a community pool and hot tub and grass for a little one to run around in right outside the front door. Just know the AC unit is inside so it’s noisy.

We spent 5 nights in a two bedroom townhouse. It was fully stocked with any and everything you could imagine. The appliances were all very nice and clean, the attached patio and bbq was clean and convienent. The beds were firm and the pillows soft, bathrooms spacious. EVerything was perfect, except for the pet urine odor in the stairs and laundry area. The first night wasn't too bad, butby the next afternoon it was rank. We ended up turning off A/C and opening all windows during the day while we were out adventuring and that helped. Rrally it is just new carpet away from being the perfect rental.

Amazing stay! Loved the hot tub and Mountain View’s. The children loved the basketball court. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Wonderful to have a gas range and gas grill. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Bathrooms were well stocked with high end toiletries. Great location, easy drive to Arches NP and Canyonlands NP.

Perfectly well equipped. One of the better VRBOs I’ve ever used.

Everything was great except for the very foul smell coming from the laundry room area. The air conditioning system was extremely loud on the first floor making it hard to hear people talking and TV.
