This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had almost every appliance, and there were plenty of towels, washcloths, and extra blankets and pillows. It was indeed noisy being right on the highway, so the sound machines and ear plugs were appreciated! There was plenty of room for a family of four to spread out and relax. It is convenient to Arches NP (about 20 minutes), Canyonlands NP (about 45 minutes), Potash Road (about 45 minutes to the far end), Capitol Reef NP (2.5 hours) and Moab. Nicole, the property manager, was very quick to respond to a small issue with one of the appliances. She was very friendly and remedied the problem quickly. There is not a Keurig, despite the description saying there is one, but it wasn't a problem. We just emptied our K Cups into the filter of the regular coffee pot. There are nice views from every window/door of the house. We would highly recommend checking out the dark sky and stars from the back patio! Overall, this is a very nice place for a family with young children to stay and use as a base camp for national park adventures. We would recommend it and we hope to stay again!

Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay when visiting Moab.

Located just outside of town and the the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab this 2 master suite property was perfect for our trip to the local natioal parks. It was close enough for all the accommodations one might need but away from the traffic. Quiet and peacable with a beautiful view it was clean and pleasant to stay in with everything we needed to enjoy our 3 day visit. Much better than a hotel I would recommend to anyone considering this property.

Not too far from Arches (10-15 min) or Canyonlands (45 min). House had ample space. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were great for a family of 4. Used grill twice and had multiple meals using kitchen. It was great for our family.

Kudos to the Management and staff of this Condo. Super Clean and very comfortable furniture and beds. First Gen Moab Rim Condo is super quiet. As far from the highway as you can get. Plenty of street parking and a 5 lot parking spot right there if you have extra rigs.

This is our 7th stay at the Rim Village condos. We come back every year! The condos are great and the management is always great to work with!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home outside of Moab. Perfect location. Views that are fabulous. Home was very comfortable and clean, all on one level, use of the garage was a big plus. Its proximity to town was perfect without all of the hoopla dealing with noise and traffic. Dealing with the reality company was a blessing as they were incredibly responsive and very helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely rent with Makenna's again.

The home was well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. We were able to prepare all of our meals there which was great. There is no pantry or place to put food so we used our storage totes and just stacked it in them out of the way. No ice maker. Only thing that made it less than desirable was the pillows. We should have brought our own, I don’t know why we didn’t actually because we normally do and apparently we are pillow snobs, but these pillows were about as cheap as could be. The pool was open and new. Big hot tub. We would stay here again.

Loved the rooms and the kitchen was great to prepare meals at the house. Stayed here for the trail run and would come back again if we do it again next year. We knew the pool/hot tub were closed beforehand but I wish we would have known about access to the neighboring HOA hot tub as we would have brought swimsuits. Property management very responsive and helpful.

What a beautiful home! The location was perfect and allowed us to pivot out of it for 6 nights going to the National Parks. We loved eating outside with the beautiful scenery. After a long day hiking, the hot tub was so nice. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, garage and washer/dryer were a plus, and living room very comfortable for our group of 4. Only comments are: kitchen needs some hot pads; would be nice to have additional hangers in closets and dirty greasy pan was left in oven. But these are all minor! Overall it was a wonderful house. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again!

We had another amazing stay! This was our third time at the property, and it never disappoints. Clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. The host is friendly and responsive. We loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the views. Highly recommended for perfect getaway.
